Death Wish 3 and 5
This is my last vote so I'm going with most of the Death Wish franchise. Special attention to Death Wish's 3 and 5. 3 has a post apocalyptic vision for NYC. Bronson's Kersey character is aided by Martin Balsam as an army vet and some guy who manages to kill dozens of people with a pipe gun. The shot out scenes are hilarious in their own right. Death Wish IV is drug dealers and low budget starring Key Lenz from Prisoner of the Lost World fame, but Death Wish V features Kersey going against the mob…

Jaws 4 for it's vengeful shark (that also roars)
Jaws 4 features two unique shark traits. One that they roar and two they have built in GPS which allows them to track people down thousands of miles away and commit revenge kills. The story tries to find common ground with Mrs Brody and a mommy shark and the two engage in a battle of protective mommy instinct, wits. Also features Mario Van Peebles and Michael Cain fresh off an oscar win. (Kurosawa's High and Low comes to mind when I think of Caine's career at this point)

The film ends with two of the townspeople revealing…

That Darn Cat (1965)
Honestly, most classic Disney live action movies are asking to be riffed. Here's a good one with Hayley Mills, Roddy McDowell, Dean Jones and a cat that is smarter then all the characters put together.
