    I would like a random button for the library.

    Sometimes me and a friend can't decide what to watch in the tons of shorts we own in the library. We would love for this to be a feature!

  2. Re: Rifftrax App Beta

    I love the App, but I guess we're missing some riff content since the app has to wait for dialogue before it synchs up. Will the guys change their timing to accommodate that in the future, or should I stick to manual synch to ensure we're getting all the riffy goodness?

  3. SD/HD video defaults

    I'd like the ability to set my preferred quality to SD. I can't use HD files (too big, slow internet), but that is always the default selection when I go into riffs that offer it so I'm always having to wait for the page to load fully before I can switch to the SD version to add to cart.

  4. Quality Check your Customer Support

    I've been trying three-four days to watch a downloaded "SHARKNADO" No matter what file I downloaded, or which player I tried they ALL STOP at the point in the "Springs" short just after the "Hitler" joke. I know it THAT WELL. Erik Peterson, one of your engineers contacted me after a few days (long wait) and we talked. I explained it to him, he essentially said it must be a problem on my end and essentially "HUNG UP" on me by "closing the work ticket" and shutting down the email link.   5. Upgrade ISO to Streaming

    I noticed that several of the early titles that I purchased:

    Carnival of Souls
    The Little Shop of Horrors
    Missile to the Moon
    Night of the Living Dead
    Plan 9 From Outer Space
    Planet of Dinosaurs
    Reefer Madness
    Swing Parade
    Voodoo Man

    ... which were originally only available as downloadable ISOs, are now available in the streaming, divx, wmv, etc. formats... but as separate titles. Oddly, these are missing the downloadable ISO files.

    Is there any plan to combine these in the future or to offer an upgrade option to get access to the other formats?

  6. Subscription to Shorts and/or VODs purchases

    I know it has already been recommended that you create subscription to full-site access, but this is not what I'm recommending.

    Rather, I'm wondering if it's possible to offer a running subscription to simply purchase the new shorts, or VODs, etc... and add them to your library as they come out, either as a reoccurring payment or monthly fee (or even like iTunes season pass, "for $10 we will add the next 10 shorts to your library as they come out" or "This pre-order has all the Jan./Feb. shorts included" something similar.)

  7. Missing content from my library

    Independence Day is gone from my library, but I paid for that. So is Star Trek Generations. But hey, for some reason I've got Wicker Man in there, and I never paid for that. In the past, I've just re-purchased commentary files that I used to have but somehow went missing. But not today, dammit! Not today! I draw the line here. You may go further. Do not take any more of my rightfully purchased movie commentary files away. Don't do it!

  8. Rating previews and easier rating system

    The master list of movies is already organized by the highest rating, but I'd like to see exactly what that rating is before I go to the movie's main page, as well as how many have rated that movie.

    Also, perhaps an easier way to rate the movies, like a pop-up when the rating is moused over? Sort of like how Amazon does their rating system.

    And perhaps a link directly to the comments or reviews, or a link to the movie's IMDB page or something. Would've been really useful with Buffalo Rider - that movie was hella scarring. >:

  9. Collection Idea: Kids' Movies

    Another Collection, this time for Animated and live-action family and kids movies. As in; High School Musical, Santa & The Ice-Cream Bunny, Santa Claus Conquers The Martians (Live), The Wizard of Oz, Super Mario Bros., The Last Airbender, Fun in Baloonland, The Toymaker etc.

  11. Some kind of warning.

    so some friends and I, went to see Rifftrax Live: The Room.

    unfortunately there was no warning that there was onscreen nudity. now without warning, it was not something i expected my effeminate female friend to see, now of course it was just a butt, and some breasts.

    but here is the idea: perhaps some kind of warning or knowledge ahead of time that the movie contains that kind of material, before we wander into a theater expecting a funny movie, (the movie was hilarious) but not expecting softcore porn.

  12. Quick download quality preview

    On the download page you offer a variety of quality / size options, which is fantastic, especially for someone like me in a low-bandwidth country. However it can be tricky to choose at times - some older B-Movies look bad even at the best resolutions because the source material is bad, while your Live events benefit from higher res downloads, as these have great quality.

    How about small-ish video download that shows a 10 - 15 second clip from the VOD repeated at all download resolutions, with the description of the quality level overlaid on the bottom (e.g Low Quality),…

  13. Some riff product types are miscategorized

    This isn't a huge deal, but some riffs that are only on DVD show up in the catalog when filtering to only show the product type 'Download or Stream'. Would it be possible to change their category so they only show up under the 'DVD' filter? Many of these are shorts DVD collections or 'Mike only' riffs that have since been done as 'Three Riffer' editions. The ones I've noticed with this issue are listed as follows:

  16. Login goes to My Library

    I think it would be more useful if logging in to the site took you to your My Library section instead of the Transaction History page. I don't know if I've ever used that page before.

    I don't know if there others like me, but I usually buy my riffs through my phone, then log in from a desktop computer to download them.

    It's only like two clicks extra, but it would be a nice change.

  17. Clicking a link in an email logs you in to your account

    I've seen other sites doing this more frequently recently: if I get an email, and I click on a link that takes me to a site, I am already logged in when I get there. It's a minor issue, but I always forget to log in, and it takes a few extra clicks to then log in and add the title to my cart. I feel so lazy stating this as a problem, but it would make impulse buying that much easier. ;)

  19. One more for streaming service!

    Was thinking the same thing as a few other people, but no need to limit it to just Xbox owners (or any specific console/device). I'd gladly pay more than I do for Netflix for access to the entire rifftrax library of work. Hell, I'd even go along with one subscription for riff trax and one for the new MST3K offerings. Hear that guys? Two subscriptions (one would be kinder :-) ) from one person!! put them at $10 a month each and I'm sold for life!
