I've been trying three-four days to watch a downloaded "SHARKNADO" No matter what file I downloaded, or which player I tried they ALL STOP at the point in the "Springs" short just after the "Hitler" joke. I know it THAT WELL. Erik Peterson, one of your engineers contacted me after a few days (long wait) and we talked. I explained it to him, he essentially said it must be a problem on my end and essentially "HUNG UP" on me by "closing the work ticket" and shutting down the email link. This is shameful treatment of customers. I had to re-submit the ticket again, so here I wait, going on five days not having been able to watch what I wanted to as soon as it was downloaded. Who knows when they'll contact me or if they'll just shrug it off again and bail on me. P.S. Get a Customer Service PHONE NUMBER.
