Subscription to Shorts and/or VODs purchases
I know it has already been recommended that you create subscription to full-site access, but this is not what I'm recommending.
Rather, I'm wondering if it's possible to offer a running subscription to simply purchase the new shorts, or VODs, etc... and add them to your library as they come out, either as a reoccurring payment or monthly fee (or even like iTunes season pass, "for $10 we will add the next 10 shorts to your library as they come out" or "This pre-order has all the Jan./Feb. shorts included" something similar.)
I'm sure that this would be a bit tricky to code, adding another facet to the account system, but it would give a good excuse to keep coming back to the site.

Sorry, I didn't notice that this was already suggested in the forums. My recommendation still stands, but I apologize for the redundancy.
