1. Trim the "racism" jokes

   I wish you guys would trim down the "jokes" calling characters, portrayals of characters, etc, "racist" and so on...I can't tell if you're making fun of people who call everything racist, or calling the subject racist, or whatever, but either way a lot of the time the jokes just turn an entertaining rifftrax into a reminder of the world I'm trying to forget in the process, and make bad writing (since a lot of times they pertain to stereotypical portrayals of non-white characters, apparently stereotypical white characters aren't racist) seem actively hostile instead of just funny. Like, when the riffer is obviously joking then it's funny, but sometimes it seems like the rifftrax is condemning rather than merely mocking or riffing, and then instead of laughing I have more of a "It's a bad movie, so forget about it" feeling than laughter.

3. Public domain

   If any of you guys have a Roku, there's a boatload of public domain shorts and movies rife for the riffing. Especially a new channel devoted to old car movies like The Choppers and Hot Rod Girl as well as sales bits from the big 3 makers.

4. Rifftrax on Amazon Prime

   I'm seeing Rifftrax videos popping up on Amazon Prime every week or two. I hear the comment at the end about making sure to find them on your website only or donate. I wanted to make sure you guys are getting paid for those. Could you let me know? Thanks!

5. Smartphone app for creating RiffTrax

   I love to riff with my teenage sons. I write smartphone apps. I only see support for Windows and Mac in the RiffTrax Player. I like the idea of a RiffTrax Recorder that would run on iOS, Android and WinPhone. Multiple smartphone users could connect such that their audio streams would be merged, with the option to go on the left or right channel. Syncing would be automatically configured. Uploading to the RiffStore (cloud storage) would be automatic, but could be configured to be turned off.

   The app would allow you to browse the RiffStore based on the movie you select for playback. In app payments would be supported ala the Apple Store.

   Have you got something like that, or do we need to launch a Kickstarter?

6. Change the rating system to be consistent - 3 options: Above, Average, Below

   Make the rating system more scientific. Just ask whether this is a Above Average, Average, or Below Average Rifftrax. Normalize the scores from 1-10 based on this feedback. Right now, some people interpret the rating as "how good a rifftrax is this" and rate from 1 to 10, while others rate 7 to 10 because they are rating it in terms of "how satisfied are you with this purchase".

9. Being able to 'add' titles I already own to My_Library would make browsing the catalog easier...

   I think this may have been suggested before, but I'd like to put in another request. For those of us that have almost everything you've ever created, being able to tag titles as already in our collections (but certainly not downloadable) would make looking for things to buy a little easier. For example, I have ALL of the RiffTrax shorts collections on physical media; it would be great to be able to go in a flag all of those individual shorts as already being in my collection. Same for the MST3K and Film Crew titles; I have all of the DVD releases (including both volume 10 and 10.2!). (btw: yes, I do know I can filter out the MST3K titles when browsing the catalog.)

10. Few ideas

    Just a couple of things-

    If you wouldnt mind proposing to the guys maybe playing a short of Incognito Cinema Warriors XP at one of the live shows? I dont work for them or anything, but am a fan. They are top quality!

    Another thing, if you could do maybe some sort of 48-hour rental at a lower fee for the VODs. Then if we want to own it we could pay the rest of the amount.

    Also if you get some other way to watch our content on SmartTVs or Roku.

11. Better quality control at live showings.

    I've been to two live rifftrax at the Edwards Temecula 15 & IMAX, both time there were issues with the film, "technical difficulties".

    First time, while watching Anaconda the audio went out during most of the short in the beginning.

    More recently at Miami Connection, I arrived a half an hour early to watch the trivia and the screen was black until 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, so we did not get to see any of that. When the "theater specialists" did start the movie it seemed as if they were rewinding it from the end before playing.

    Needless to say, the quality control doesn't seem to be there. Just thought someone should know. Thanks.

12. Rifftrax Live downloads

    Hi,
    Unfortunately we suffered a power outage right in the middle of watching Miami Connection last night in the theater. They couldn't bring things back up, so gave us free passes and let us go. I was wondering when / if you could release the live show as a download. It was a huge disappointment to not see the whole show :( Also, what about The Room? I desperately want to own my own copy of that one, it was the hardest I've laughed in a long time.

13. Quicker "add to shopping cart" and rating preview

    Could there be a way to view the rating and the "add to cart" without having to open the page for the riff? I just purchased 10 of the Batman serials and it took quite a bit longer than it would have on the old site. It is a bit cumbersome.

    Overall, I'm still getting used to the new site design. It doesn't feel as intuitive to navigate as the old site, or as complete. There is a lot going on and it feels kind of cluttered. I do, however, like the "collection" feature and changing from the 5 star scale up to 10 stars.

14. List of streamable just-the-jokes movies

    It would be great if someone maintained a list of the just-the-jokes riffs that are for movies that are currently streamable (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.). There are a bunch that I might want to buy but I don't want to buy the original just for that.

15. Additional filters for the i-riffs

    If one could search by riffer and also by; VOD Mp3 or whatever form the riff is that would also be great.

16. Improve the streaming homepage experience

    Improve the search function. Right now I have no idea how it works but it doesn't seem to find titles based on words used. Fix the browsing experience...if you want something in the lower letters and search isn't working, no one wants to enjoy the tedious scroll while titles load. At least give us more structure - letter headings so you can skip down the list easier.

17. Do NOT denoise VOD audio

    Hello. I'm a huge fan of Rifftrax and the quality of your products is usually very good, but unfortunately I have to report a rare problem. I owned a DVD copy of the movie Laser Mission without Rifftrax before I purchased the pre-synced VOD of Laser Mission with Rifftrax. While the audio quality of the movie is bad both on my DVD and in your VOD, the audio of the movie (not the riffers) is much worse in your Rifftrax VOD than it is on my DVD. I could understand all the dialogue on my DVD but I had to strain to understand the same dialogue on your VOD. It sounds as though a denoise filter was applied to the movie audio for your VOD version. This was a mistake because a film's audio is far too dynamic for a denoise filter to know what is noise and what is wanted audio. I assume that this was done by Rifftrax, and I appreciate the effort, but it would have been better if you had not tried to clean it up because it makes the dialogue very hard to hear. I'm not asking for a refund or anything like that; I just wanted to bring this issue to your attention so it can be prevented in the future. Otherwise, keep up the great work!     Hello, everyone at Rifftrax! I would first just like to say that I'm glad about the improvements, and additions that are going to be added to the site.

    Also, I just want to say that you guys (the entire Rifftrax staff) are great, because you've brought me a lot of joy and laughter with your riffing and comedy.

    Now for the idea. It's actually an old idea

    Remember those products you used to sell? Like those T-shirts (One T-shirt I remember said "Hi, Bob Executive. Which way is business?" and it had a picture of a guy holding a briefcase in the air.) Another one I remember were just stickers or bumper stickers that said RiffTrax. Granted I'm sure you guys had a lot more products and know and remember a lot more of the ones you sold.

    So, can you guys bring them back? Those products?, I'm sure people will buy them (I know I will, I missed the chance to buy the Bob Executive shirt lol )

    Anyway, that was my idea and suggestion. Bring that stuff back and sell it?

20. Custom Bundles of Shorts

    Is it possible to create a feature where I could select a certain number of shorts and then bundle them into one file to download? Maybe set a minimum number to make it worth your while.

    And then come up with a catchy, trademark-able name for it like "Shundles".
