  1. Fractures (2007)

Really horribly acted and edited Anthony Hopkins vehicle about a wife-murdering evil-genius (Hopkins) who tries to outsmart an newbie lawyer (Ryan Gosling). Every law movie cliche you can imagine, including "double jeopardy".

  2. Fantastic Four (2015)

Like many other Fantastic Four, this one definitely needs to be riffed. Even the director was saying it was a flaming pile of garbage on the day it hit the theaters.

Even early reports that Dr. Doom was being replaced with a version of Doom that was a disgruntled blogger of some sort couldn't save this mess! (I can't understand why that didn't go over well!)

Give this some votes and let's take this from Mehtastic to Fantastic! Turn the Negative Zone into a Positive Zone!

  4. Strike Commando (1987)

Glorious rip-off of Rambo: First Blood Part II, directed by Italian schlockmeister Bruno Mattei and starring Reb Brown.

    1. Did I mention that "Blast Hardcheese" of Space Mutiny is in it? Of course he yells a lot and does much blasting.
    2. There's a hilarious scene where Reb Brown's character, Ransom, tells a dying Vietnamese boy about Disneyland while fighting back tears (apparently the Disneyland he went to had popcorn growing on trees and a magic genie!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptNdU8x2YfQ
    3. Also feature a stereotypical Russian baddie that Reb Brown eventually butts heads against (literally!)

  6. Creating Cartoons

    Creating Cartoons (1956 short)
Nothing funnier than a cartoonist crying in front of a mirror (I make cartoons for a living, so it may just be to me, that it's funny..lol)

Like most of my suggestions, it's not only the riff-able material I look for in a suggestion, but if there are enough pauses, so the riffing can be a part of the clip, not just spoken over the original dialog all the time.
For the riffers, please check this out. For the people voting, free elbow grease and headlight fluid to the first 900 votes! ;)

  8. Kung Fu Cannibals

Basic premise is a recreational cruise gets attacked by pirates before docking at an island inhabited by cannibal monks.

This movie has a paper thin premise with equally ridiculous character back stories. The acting is bad and the fight choreography is worse. There are oddly placed and blatant boob shots. Immortal zombie warriors get summoned to take on some tourists. The monks are suppose to be cannibals, but instead of the actors coming off sadistic they act insane to the point of seeming stereo-typically retarded; slacked jaw, goofy, rolling eyes, laughs non-stop; and often has hands cradled in a t-rex…

  10. Day Without Numbers

    Day Without Numbers (1958 short)
It's like Spring Fever, but for kids, staring a kid who can't tell time (It's 3 o'clock!!!) and a creepy puppet/genie that looks like Carol Channing?
I can't find the full clip online, so that might take a little work, but here's a lot of it:

  11. Terror Squad (1987)

This is one of those perfect situations where the people making the film were genuinely trying to make something similar to other well liked films at the time such as Red Dawn... and a turd was produced instead... 75% of the film is a car chase scene that is filled with the most random and absurd situations. The chief of police, played by Chuck Conners (The Rifleman), even runs over a citizen and only exclaims his frustration as he drives on. A few of the biggest blunders in the film include: Blue mats are seen on camera when actors dive…

  12. Max Hell Frog Warrior

Max Hell, a lone samurai, is on the trail for the Serum which was unleashed to turn all of humanity into Toads. Yep.

Fun fact! The film Toad Warrior was initially released to Malaysia, the Philippines, and Japan for theatrically presentation only. This film was never supposed to be released in the U.S. as the filmmaking team of Jackson and Shaw never liked the final cut. For this reason, they held back on its U.S. release while they went on to create other feature films -- planning to eventually reedit it. During this interim, somehow a distribution company got hold…

  13. 476 A.D. Chapter One: The Age of Aquarius

This insane take on classic cinema is an indie from Colorado and perfect for a riffing - a story about the fall of Rome shot mostly shot on green screen in one man's apartment complete with sequences that are suggestive of an acid trip and hilarious by themselves but are perfect set ups for riffing such as this instantly classic scene: https://youtu.be/bNh9hcmHD_0

Just now released on Amazon VOD, it is ripe for for riffing!! And this is coming from the actor who played Ceasar.

  14. Fists of Fury

Fists of Fury (English version of The Big Boss), starring Bruce Lee.
It's a fantastic movie, yet still wreaks of cheese at every turn ("1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4" and plenty of other parts). You guys already did Fist of Fury (A.K.A. The Chinese Connection), so it won't be THAT much of a stretch to do.

  16. The New Jersey Turnpike by Periscope Films (1950s Newsreel)

The New Jersey Turnpike is an old 1950s newsreel by Periscope Films discussing everything about the New Jersey Turnpike. It talks about the benefits of driving on highways as oppose to regular streets, and it shows off all its amenities and public service assistance. It's a chance to see the New Jersey Turnpike in a simpler time, when there literally was no traffic jams, dreams of an easy safe drive before road raging, and Tony Soprano has yet to grace us with his opening theme song.

  17. Beyond Atlantis (1973)

Starring one of John Wayne's kids, John Ashley known for such greats as: How to Stuff a Wild Bikini and the little known debut of Grace Armas (the screaming lady from National Lampoon's senior trip) as several of the swimming Atlanteans (No joke, I can give you her business # to verify that, she lives in Canada.)...Oh Sid Haig's in it too I guess. Marvel at terrible cinematic and even worse foam rubber tentacles. Watch an entire civilization struggle to make one woman mate.

  19. Shogun Assassin

The first movie I remember ever seeing and greatest samurai film ever. Banned for 20 years due to its violence it is actually 2 films reedited and dubbed into masterpiece of death and revenge of a father and son roaming the land killing ninjas with a baby carriage that makes batman jealous. The voice acting and music is so distinct that it's used for an entire album from the jizza of wu tang fame. Everyone's blood pressure is so high that when cut the artiriel spray shoots out like a firehouse of gore painting the historic Japanese architecture.
