2. The Lion in Winter

   You guys have referred to this movie in the past.
   It has some of the best actors; Hopkins, Hephrin, no drip Dalton and some Tool....
   It's a classic that deserves to be known by its merit and appropriately riffed. By exposing more film lovers to this movie, you're doing a service to mankind. Showing us what drama can be met out on the screen and what can be done minus the age of CGI. We the people demand smart, intelligent, gripping historical-ish pieces...and then to promptly tear them down with vicious skewering.

7. The Skateboard Kid (1993)

   The Skateboard Kid is a 1993 Roger Corman movie about a young teen, Zack, who moves to a new town and is rejected by the new kids there. That is until his skateboard is struck by lightning and becomes a talking, magic skateboard with a creepy mobile face. Oh, and it's voiced by Dom Deluise. It doesn't get better from there.

   Why riff this?
   1) Picture the puppets in The Clean Club. They're better animated than the talking skateboard is. The magic skateboard, upon which the entire movie hinges, looks like something a junior high might have constructed by a school play and then tossed out for looking too awful. Plus, it's voiced by 90s heartthrob Dom Deluise, who is constantly cracking awful jokes.
   2) The film shamelessly borrows from pretty much every other kid's movie. Zack come to town and runs into a gang of bullies. He meets a girl he likes. He has a dead parent. So does she! They conspire to get their parents to date. But mom is engaged to someone else. Oh, and there's a Goonies style treasure hunt to go along with the mystical flying skateboard.
   3) Timothy Busfield plays Zack's dad. He's a professional clown. He's not funny in the movie, but he (and Cliff DeYoung) are basically the only real actors in this movie, with everyone else turning in bad dinner theater level performances.
   4) It's recorded in "Ultra-Stereo." I have no idea what that is, but it's ultra.

9. Deadly Eyes

   It's a fantastic B-movie about rabid rats that prey on anyone who isn't a middle-aged white male. Terrible special effects, campy acting, and an inane plot reminiscent of "Killer Shrews". Definitely worth a look-see.

10. Wizards (1977)

    Long before Ralph Bakshi did 'Cool World,' a year before he did his take on 'Lord of the Rings' (possibly shorter at that), he came up with this little odd gem..

    Here's why the RiffTrax Crew should take a stab at this one:

    (1) The whole tale takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where wizardry rules, in fact the film begins with an atomic explosion, pretty much sums it up. And the narration is rather sketchy at best about what happens.

    (2) Main wizard character is called Avatar (but isn't blue, imagine that) and discovers his brother is ravaging the land with his army of ogres and demons and such. Oh, not to mention projecting an ancient WWII film as well, all for the sake of an entity called Blackwolf.

    (3) Has a lot of confusing plots, so much that it makes even MEGAFORCE's plot seem logical and sensible. One hilarious riffing moment is two beings who worship a CBS Banner within a political stage hall (no kidding) and the guards end up putting them out of their misery due to their incessant chanting (yes, a film that knows when you've had ENOUGH stupidity...madness)...

    This one would definitely be a great animated film to riff, even possibly used for a suggestion for a Kickstarter 2016 RiffTrax Live Series. You have to see this one to believe it...

11. Futureworld

    Sort of a sequel to Westworld, which does bring back Yul Brenner as the killer cowboy android (though in a cameo in a flashback, and dream sequence), starring Peter Fonda and Blythe Danner.

    Needs to be riffed because:

    (1) This is what begat all those 'evil duplicate' plot-based films, including 'The Clonous Horror.'

    (2) The intro to the film starts off with a game show where a guy wins a prize to visit the same place (Delos) where our original guys from Westworld, and a whole bunch of guests were slaughtered by rogue androids. But now, Delos is completely automated (sort of, if you don't count the one remaining guy there, because despite all of the technology there, they still can't make those darn droids waterproof! Imagine.) and the head claim because of that nothing can go wrong.

    (3) That the Delos Security is rather lax, since most of the film, Peter and Blythe's characters go all over the place investigating, and in typical fashion nobody stops them UNTIL they learn of the horrible secret. Oh, and they send their android duplicates to kill them.

    Even funnier is when one claims these beings aren't androids, when you clearly tell they are... and the fact when they duplicate Peter Fonda, even his duplicate has his tattoo.. wow, they think of everything.

    More hilarious is the fact the two do escape, but the villains just stand there gritting their teeth rather than pursuing them outright, or even having other duplicates go after them.

    Definitely a film that needs riffing for the fact, though the tale sort of makes sense (in a Manos kind of way), it's hilarious how they interpret it, and the fact even though Delos suspects the two reporters, they're sort of like 'meh, well just duplicate them and have the duplicates murder them.'

    'But sir, shouldn't we have...'

    'WE DUPLICATE THEM AND SENT THEIR DUPLICATES TO MURDER THEM! WE ARE ON A FREAKIN' BUDGET DUE TO THE PREVIOUS LAWSUIT WITH WESTWORLD!'

    'West-what now?'

    So whaddya think, Sirs?

19. Waxwork

    I'm a little surprised it wasn't already on the list. This gem stars Zach Galligan (Billy of 'Gremlins' fame) and has a bunch of intensely stupid people getting shoved into horror wax museum dioramas. Of course, the dioramas are cursed and once shoved in, the people may or may not remember who they are or something... before being killed by the monster inside said diorama. Lots of guest appearances/cameos by famous monsters who've been in generally better films-- all your favorites! Dracula, the wolf man, Audrey 2, the Mummy, uh... the Marquis de Sade... sure. Of course, the effects and dialogue are sufficiently cheesy.
