I wish I could tell you what this movie is about, but that would mean there was a script and that it was an intentionally made movie- both of which I'm not sure about- there are ninjas but I'm sure that all "ninjas" involved in this fiasco have been self appointed and some how trained by Fraggles- wherever this is supposed to be set, there are a lot of big rocks to jump from and hide behind- also the bad guys headquarters seems to be a local high school- in the 1980's, which is fun! There's a girl whose father has been kidnapped because he cured cancer or something and that helps make the bad guy's army of killer ninjas, I guess- it's a lot like Kill and Kill again except for it doesn't make as much sense - watch them back to back then see if you don't get confused after a few days about what happened in which movie!

Bad ninja Action! Proof life in the Marines is a surfer dude frat party! Steve James' unshirtable chest! A small sidekick with a big hat! A vaguely foreign location-is it the Caribbean, an Indian island or somewhere else? Who knows? A bar brawl that could be set to Yakkity-sak! And through it all, Michael Didikoff trying really, really hard to look like the Hoff. It's a gold mine of riffing.
