Just watched this; yes, it is "Rat Pfink a Boo Boo", and yes, it goes from an attempt at a mixture of suspense and what passed as music in 1966 to a live-action answer to the question that no one asked- what if Yogi and Boo Boo were Batman and Robin? Bonus points for superhero costumes that include a ski mask on Rat Pfink (who I believe was called "Mr. Pfink" at one point) and a jester-like hat on Boo Boo with little working lights. Oh, and there's even worse close-range football than anything Tommy Wiseau came up with, and even worse basketball than anything James Nguyen ever filmed. If you don't believe me, someone posted the whole trainwreck on Youtube for your enjoyment (or the last thing you'll see before you are taken away in a straitjacket)

I just watched this again (I wanted to make sure enough time had passed to be able to judge it accurately). This is everything I claimed and then some. Traxians who don't watch this movie are doing themselves a disservice. Do you remember the first time you watched Troll 2? Rollergator? Samurai Cop? It's like that. (I know, drugs are like that. Just please don't turn to drugs after watching this movie, because that thought will occur to you.) This is the Buttfumble of cinema. Seriously, Robert Z'Dar nutshots? Joe Estevez calling child actors whippersnappers? The hero pointing a gun at his kid like the cop in the cemetery in Plan 9? A bathroom scene in the spirit of Norman Krasner? A movie for the ages.
