Rat Pfink a Boo Boo (1966)
A Ray Dennis Steckler (The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living And Became Mixed Up Zombies) directed film. It was initially shot as a crime drama inspired by a series of obscene phone calls received by Steckler's ex-wife, however in mid-production, Steckler decided to turn it into a parody of the campy Batman television series.I'm really surprised Rifftrax hasn't done this yet. It makes The Wild World of Batwoman look like... well... The Wild World of Batwoman on Xoloft. Speaking of which the Rat Pfink (sic) in this film has nothing to do with the Rat Fink in The Wild World of Batwoman.

This movie is a classic. One of my go-to favorites along with The Wild Wild World of Batwoman. I can watch it over and over and it never gets old. I don't think you could riff it though. Some movies consider themselves to be good but they are bad and easily riffable. This one is a parody of itself and never tries to be anything else. You can't mock something that mocks itself.
Jackson Griffith of News & Review wrote, "Either Rat Pfink a Boo Boo is a raving pile of crap, or it is some kind of genius filmmaking. That pretty much sums it up. Steckler is a genius.

Just watched this; yes, it is "Rat Pfink a Boo Boo", and yes, it goes from an attempt at a mixture of suspense and what passed as music in 1966 to a live-action answer to the question that no one asked- what if Yogi and Boo Boo were Batman and Robin? Bonus points for superhero costumes that include a ski mask on Rat Pfink (who I believe was called "Mr. Pfink" at one point) and a jester-like hat on Boo Boo with little working lights. Oh, and there's even worse close-range football than anything Tommy Wiseau came up with, and even worse basketball than anything James Nguyen ever filmed. If you don't believe me, someone posted the whole trainwreck on Youtube for your enjoyment (or the last thing you'll see before you are taken away in a straitjacket)
