    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PyJ0e9ihdn0

Caught this earlier this morning on TMC after an old Helen of Troy movie.

"Of course, the warden's not just a glorified guide, either. He's still on the lookout for law violations, too. And Mr. Beaver here has pulled a dandy."
Mr. Beaver: the greatest criminal mastermind of the 20th century.

"Deer poachers. They shot at the farmer, too; a case of deadly assault. The bullet will be dug from the tree for ballistics study. The hide goes into cold storage as evidence."
    Along with the farmer.

  2. Jackie Brown 1997

Jackie Brown (1997), the third film from director Quentin Tarantino, serves as his subtle homage to Blaxploitation.

    Riff Material includes:
    - Pam "Foxy Brown" Grier is introduced as titular character Jackie Brown to "Across 110th Street" by Bobby Womack.
    - Samuel "Snakes on a Plane" L Jackson wearing long hair and a braided goatee.
    - The Trunk scene paired with Strawberry Letter 23 by The Brother Johnson (Makes sense in Context)
    - Johnny Cash in a Blaxploitation film? Only from Tarantino.

  3. Solomon Kane

James Purefoy is a warrior in the 17th century who is so good at slaying that his soul becomes cursed by the Devil's Reaper. He is finally convinced to live as piously as possible but wouldn't you know it there are still plenty of people that need slaying. Purefoy's badass-ness is so undeniable that he, in a moment of weakness in which he let himself be crucified, he gets really really angry and tears himself of the cross to go kick Medieval asses all over again.

  5. The Touch (1983)

    Reasons:
    1) A young Kevin Costner co-stars and is eventually murdered around 3/4ths of the movie.
    2) A casino manager strips to his briefs in hopes of having sex while a team of card sharks get away with over $600,000.
    3) A lady card shark dresses like a man to play casino blackjack and uses clairvoyance to win big.

This movie was originally called Stacy's Knights and has a 17% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The movie is available to watch as an Amazon Prime video under the title, The Touch.

  6. Filmation's Journey Back to OZ (c 1980)

Originally this was Filmation's tribute to celebrate the Wizard of Oz's 40th Anniversary in 1979, but it came out a bit later for the Holidays. The original broadcast had live segments with Bill Cosby playing as the Wizard to help connect scenes in the film.

As the name suggests, Dorothy and Toto get caught once more by a cyclone in Kansas (okay, tornado for you purists) and winds up in OZ once again.

Attempting to make her way to the Emerald City, she takes a wrong turn and comes across a menacing looking cottage, where a crow (voiced by Mel…

  7. The Man Who Turned to Stone

A group of 18th-century scientists, led by Dr. Murdock, have remained young after all these centuries by using bio-electical energy to suck the life out of young women. If one of the scientists misses a treatment, his skin hardens to the toughness of stone. A female prisoner (aka: possible future energy donor) discovers why so many of her fellow inmates are disappearing, and attempts to stop them with the aid of a prison psychiatrist. Written by Marty McKee
Some guys finally want to get beauty treatments so they can look and feel good, they attempt to embrace their feminine side…

  8. Doctor Who: Dimensions in Time

This is bad. Really bad. It was supposed to be the 30th anniversary special but it’s almost as bad as the Star Wars Holiday Special. You won’t be able to actually release the video of it because my understanding is that all of the actors made it for free on the condition that it never be released commercially, but you could do a Just a Riff for people to listen to while watching it on YouTube.

  9. 2307: Winters Dream

2307: Winters Dream is a scifi movie set in a post apocalyptic future where humanity lives underground and the world above is a winter hellscape only populated by genetically engineered super buff slaves. The movie centers around a man hunting one of the bio slaves that killed his wife and apparently cut the baby out of her stomach and took it into 70 below temperatures in the Arizona wasteland. Even without the riffs i laughed my *** off at this movie already all of the writing is as cliche as you can get and the characters are great there are…

  10. Lost TV Pilot: America 2100 (1978)

Once again I bring another lost bizarre pilot from the late 70s. A year before Starstruck, ABC apparently greenlighted this disturbing concept reminiscent of Woody Allen's Sleeper, and later Futurama.

But not in a really good way.

Basically the premise goes something to this effect: two standup comedians down on their luck attempt to keep warm within their freezing hotel room. One decides to boil milk for some reason, while the other has them take some sleeping pills.

Mysteriously as a result, the gas from the oven kills them, but the cold air somehow freezes them cryogenically, where they end…

  11. Zone Out

The first film ever written by an AI, starring Thomas Middleditch, is a story about... Well I have no idea because it makes as much sense as a script would make sense when you try to make a 25th century SkyNet out of 21st century parts!

For two guys who played robots and one who got constantly ribbed by them, I can think of no greater honor to the first AI-made script than a ribbing by Mike, Bill, and Kevin. Besides, it can't be worse than a Wiseau script!

    ...right?

  12. Blue City

    Blue City
    From Wikipedia:
Returning to the small Florida town where he grew up, Billy Turner learns that his father has been killed. With little help from the police, Billy will take matters into his own hands and go up against a ruthless local mob in a desperate search to find the killer.
The film was considered a disappointment by critics upon release.[14][15]

Nelson's performance was particularly criticized, USA Today saying "Is Judd Nelson the smirkiest actor in current movies, or is he simply getting stereotyped playing overbearing creeps? Either way, you spend `Blue City's' 83 interminable minutes begging to…

  13. Elizabeth Gail ~ Mystery At the Johnson Farm

I remember watching this one as a 13-year old and being unimpressed because the answer to the "mystery" was so plainly obvious. Apparently the film was never released on DVD. Doesn't even have an IMDb page.

  16. Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2

Currently a 4.3 on IMDb, a 13% on Metacritic, and “the sort of movie that goes beyond mere mediocrity to offer evidence of a civilization in decline.”

It’s the sort of pain inducing, career ruining sort of movie that is begging to be improved via the Rifftrax treatment.

A direct-to-DVD Disney knockoff made by a Utah-based company called "Feature Films For Families," which tries to turn one of th emost straightforward Han Christian ANdersen fairy tales into an epic struggle of good vs. evil? You know you're in for a ride with this one. Highlights include a villain who is obsessed with becomig king above all else, yet overlooks a loophole in the coronation laws that allows his brother to be crowned instead, an unintentionally disturbing musical number with stained-glass windows coming to life, a scholar who is a talking bird for seemingly no reason other than because…

  20. Beauty and the Beast (1991)

Yes, I want you to riff the Oscar nominated Disney movie. Why? Because it is a love story based on Stockholm syndrome.

True, I've had to watch this 1,000 times because my 2-year-old daughter adores it, and it is a good movie, but it is riffable.

Belle is basically a bored young girl who wants something than her "provincial life," which sounds very much like a 17th century version's white people problems-ish to me. The answer to her prayers turns out to be getting taken prisoner in exchange for her father, who is so inept I don't know how he…
