Sinbad: Beyond the Veil of Mists (2000)
According to Wikipedia, this is the first feature-length 3D computer animated film created exclusively using motion capture, but you wouldn't know it due to its terrible quality. Marvel at the models as they clip through other objects as they are displayed in front of textureless backgrounds. But most importantly, this "film" has a surprising all star cast including Mark Hamil, Brendan Fraiser, Leonard Nemoy, John Rhys-Davies. How did a movie with a 30 million dollar budget only make 30 thousand back? Watch and find out!

Llamageddon
If there was ever to be a Riff...this is it. A llama dropping to earth and wreaking havoc on teenage kids. Oh...it also has laser beam eyes. The acting is suspect. But also decides to throw in movie lines from classic movies. If the guy changing his shirt throughout doesn't get you...the llama punches sure will. This is a must do.

Ted V. Mickels "Apartheid **-Women's Justice" otherwise called "Female Slaves Revenge" is a quasi statement for the need of racial equality I guess, it's actually a fetish film where is Ted V. 9 Minutes
9 Minutes is an obscure, hilarious piece of awfulness, made by a man named Johari Nichols. You will have a great time with it. It's so funny.

mindkiller (1987)
This late eighties horror film opens with eyes in cages and The Art of Seduction video! With special effects even Rock n Roll Nightmare would laugh at, it tells the tale of a librarian who develops psychic powers so strong that his brain jumps out of his skull and does its own thing! Its got pseudo-gay wrestling "I've got you in a sleeper hold!", man slapping, bad acting and brains running amok!
It is so, so riff-worthy.

Elvis From Outer Space (2020)
I'm watching this right now, and my brain hurts. There are aliens. Mobsters. FBI agents. An Elvis clone that looks nothing like Elvis. And an Elvis impersonator competition featuring all new songs written for the King, which tells me the producers couldn't afford music rights.

Nick Fury Agent of Shield (1998)
So this little Gem totally got past me and stars none other than David Hasselhoff as the eye-patch adorned macho leader of S.H.I.E.L.D. This has to peak your interest.

Kamillions
An absent minded scientist opens a portal in his basement, and then shape-sifting aliens come and wreak havoc on his dinner party. The special effects and “comedy” bits are on par with a Rick Sloane film. Fans of the Half Life video games will probably recognize the main scientist actor, too.
This scene probably tells you everything you need to know about it: https://youtu.be/-TnC_B99Da4

Knights of badassdom
Between the awesome acting( enter sarcasm) and the top notch cast( Peter Dinklage was the biggest name they could get) its perfect for a good rift. Also I just love the show.

Powerful stuff is a British Public Information Film that’s the “sequel” to ‘Play Safe’. I would love to see a riff of this!

eight legged freaks
Would be good for riffing since it stars Kari Wurner and a bazillion CGI spiders. I could see some scenes with a line like "I'm not touching you!" or something about arachnophobia or even one with something about Golden Corral! It's not too long, fairly amusing anyways and ripe for riffing IMHO.
