1. Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad(vod's)

   High school student Sam Collins is the head of a band called Team Samurai. During a recording session, Sam is zapped by a power surge and disappears only to reappear seconds later with a strange device attached to his wrist (which is at the time unremovable). Later after his friends Amp, Sydney, and Tanker leave, one of his video game programs dubbed Servo is subject to a power surge and zaps Sam again. This time, the zap pulls him into the digital world and turns him into his creation. As Servo, he roams the digital world and fights monsters called Mega-Viruses.

   Meanwhile, another student from Sam's school named Malcolm Frink is designing monsters on his home computer when Kilokahn (an escaped military artificial intelligence program who was presumed dead in the power surge) visits Malcolm via computer screen. Kilokahn strikes a Faustian deal with Malcolm and turns his digital monster into a Mega-Virus monster that is not only capable of corrupting electronics, but is also capable of affecting the real world.

   Sam (now as Servo) must enter the digital world and stop Malcolm's and Kilokahn's Mega-Viruses.

4. "Bigfoot" (1970) starring John Carradine, Joi Lansing.

   It's in the public domain. The synopsis for the film is "Bigfoot kidnaps some women and some bikers decide to go on a rescue mission to save them." It's completely PG-13 and is just ridiculously hokey.

5. The Raven (1963)

   Roger Corman was really on a roll with Vincent Price and Boris Karloff. And in this one you get a young Jack Nicholson BEFORE he went insane in 'The Shining', and was some Joker in that Batfilm....

   Though this was supposed to be based on Edgar Allen Poe's poem, this turns out to be a bizarre tale which begins with Price gets a strange visit from a raven (what did you think it would be, a Dalek?). Even stranger, turns out the raven is actually a friend who was transformed by Karloff.

   Though Price transforms it into Peter Lorre, the whole thing goes wild when they visit Karloff and a battle of the wizards sort of ensues. Not exactly what Poe had in mind, but you have to admit it's better than watching some guy go insane over his lost Lenore.

6. Remote Control (1988)

   This one deserves riffing basically because the irony of it is the fact the core of the movie actually centers around a bad B-flick which the Rifftrax crew would more likely riff.

   Here's the plot, Kevin Dillon (from the updated 'The Blob' and Matt Dillon's bro) plays as a video store clerk, Cosmo (no kidding), who unwittingly stumbles across this alien plot to brainwash people with a '50s film called (surprise, surprise) 'Remote Control.'

   (Heck, if the aliens wanted to make people go insane, just have them capture folks into a theater showing nothing but 'Manos' with those 'Norman' shorts.)

   Anyhoo, the real hilarity comes from the fact the brainwashing occurs when anyone reaching the portion of the film by seeing themselves. Not to mention the fact the henchmen use the film as a guide to discover what Cosmo and his friends will do next, in an attempt to stop them.

   Strangely, this was a direct-to-video film which was surreal for the fact we never really get to see the 'aliens' behind this plot. Makes you ponder if they got this suggestion from those guys behind 'Plan 9 from Outer Space.'

   This one would be excellent for Rifftrax to do VOD or Live.

7. Zero Population Growth 1972

   I once offered this film before since Legends Films has put it out on DVD. Though it does present itself as serious, since it was based on 'The Population Bomb,' there are some classic riffing moments. Basically what this is about is sometime in the future (2000, believe it or not), due to the Earth's population explosion, the governments come up with a sensational solution: outlaw births. So within a year's time of said announcement, people are 'adopting' living dolls, wearing gas masques, and consuming processed foods from a tube. All the while they have a special museum dedicated to the rarities from the Past, claiming how 'primitive' life was back then. Trouble ensues when one dissatisfied female wants a baby, no matter what.

   Funniest moment is when the privileged couple bring fresh vegetables to a local restaurant. Apparently one of the old folks attempts to steal the veggies, only to be manhandled by the elderly, who seems to be force feeding them to the man instead of grabbing them.

   Though meant to compete with the apocalyptic future flicks like 'Soylent Green,' 'Logan's Run,' and even 'Planet of the Apes,' the movie unintentionally seems slightly off kilter with the theme with some
   incidental plot holes for good measure.

17. It's Alive

    NOT THE KILLER BABY MOVIE!!
    The 1969 made for TV Larry Buchanan classic starring Billy Thurman as a psycho hillbilly with a pet monster which is actually also Billy Thurman in a wetsuit and cheap monster mask.
    Tommy Kirk shows up gets locked in the cave and falls in love.
    20+ minutes of the 80 minute running time is a non synch sound flashback.
    Thurman's performance would have earned him an oscar if this was not a TV movie and unbelievale Tour De Force.

19. Zontar the Thing from Venus

    Amazing! Beautiful! Terrible! made for TV remake of "It conquered the World" in 16mm color!
    John Agar smokes a ton, has a couple drinks and does Peter Graves
    Anthony Houston is out of his mind in the Lee Van Cleef part.
    The monster is a bunch of sticks covered in melted garbage bags, almost all the dialogue is re used from the orginal but is out of synch.

    how has this not been suggested????
    totally PD like all the Azelea Pictures TV movies..
    Every one of them should be a Rifftrax VOD.
