  3. Military Police: Town Patrol (1955)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_-UbRxlxCk

The 28-minute short shows two MPs as they patrol Agusta, Georgia. And it looks like someone spliced scenes from an entertaining-enough police procedural to make a dull educational film.

The MPs instruct one soldier on bus routes and pay close attention to try and spot soldier's shoes. But in between all that they come across a soldier who was beaten up and mugged.

In fact, the line "You better call the station and get an ambulance" is spoken with much less severity and gravity than the following dressing down of a poorly dressed soldier. "Okay, now you look like…

  4. Pendragon Pictures War Of The Worlds (2005)

Possibly the worst film ever made, and I include The Room in that assessment. Must be seen to be believed. The sheer number of walking scenes alone make it worth your attention. Directed by Timothy Hines.

  5. Hawaii Five-O (1968 pilot)

    • Leslie Nielsen's in it
    • Zulu, who appeared in "Code Name: Diamond Head" (a unsold Quinn Martin pilot featured on "Mystery Science Theater 3000"), is also in it.
    • The weird-looking latex mask that McGarrett ends up wearing

  6. Encounters in the Deep

From director Tonino Ricci, the assistant director on “Superargo and the Faceless Giants,” comes “Encounters in the Deep.”

In the late 1970s, an engaged man and woman disappear while cruising through the Bermuda Triangle with a racist’s Platonic ideal of a man of African descent. The father of the woman wants a definitive answer to the fate of his daughter and her fiancé, so he embarks on an expedition with a motley crew (which includes Alan, trusty crewmember from Black Whale III) to bring some semblance of closure to his life. Along the way, the gang discovers plenty of stock…

This Tom Selleck cowboy movie has many of the hallmarks of early 90's cheese.

    The Midnight Meat Train (2008)

  10. “The Stone Tape”

The Stone Tape is a television play directed by Peter Sasdy and starring Michael Bryant, Jane Asher, Michael Bates and Iain Cuthbertson. It was broadcast on BBC Two as a Christmas ghost story in 1972. Combining aspects of science fiction and horror, the story concerns a team of scientists who move into their new research facility, a renovated Victorian mansion that has a reputation for being haunted. The team investigate the phenomena, trying to determine if the stones of the building are acting as a recording medium for past events (the "stone tape" of the play's title). However, their investigations…

  11. ‘Cottonpickin’ Chickenpickers’

This movie was forged by destiny to be your greatest triumph.

The following points were noted in a copy of my local newspaper (please don't judge me):
    https://www.news-press.com/story/news/2017/12/22/hunting-lost-directorial-debut-bob-clark-christmas-story-lehigh-acres/939733001/

Which described this masterpiece as "Mayberry on Meth"

    and "Cinematic Mustard Gas"
    http://ghostofcromwell.blogspot.com/2011/05/schadenfreuden-reviewcottonpickin.html

And the kind of movie "Youtubers love to hate"

You can do it guys. Make us proud.

  12. Ice Castles

It's about a BLIND figure skater in the late 1970s. The jokes practically write themselves. It also features the hit song, "Through the Eyes of Love," which my sister relentlessly pounded out on the piano throughout my childhood. Please consider riffing this Robby Benson masterwork.

  13. Partners (2009)

3 good reasons, eh? Here goes:

    1. RedLetterMedia thought this movie was worth showcasing in one of their Best of the Worst episodes, link here:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_igaLv7ro8o&t=2832s

    (their discussion starts at 31:50)

I don't know that I even need to explain this. Watch and let the horror convince you.

    1. The director himself deserves... "recognition" for this work of "art"

...I have attached a YouTube comment from a guy who went to film school with the director and then actually did some work with him on this very movie. Here is the link to his AMA from Reddit... quite enlightening:

  18. Of Unknown Origin

Peter Weller (Robocop) is a successful businessman living in New York. When his wife and child leave for a vacation, he discovers he has a rat in his home. He quickly becomes obsessed and becomes locked in a life and death struggle with it. The movie is unintentionally hilarious without the riff.

  19. blood orgy of the she devils

Unless I fell asleep and missed it,this film features entirely zero blood orgies and without being too unkind very few 'she devils. (although to be fair some of these girls give it a bloody good try.)
Also even though I've seen this several times i still had to Google the plot because it was either too complicated for me or was so flimsy i missed it entirely.
Basically the head of satanic coven who dresses like an aerobics instructor but with fancy head gear does a couple of seances with her culturally insensitive spirit guide...Wears a few more hats... lures…

  20. 10,000 BC (2008)

Roland Emmerich remakes a Ray Harryhausen movie. Only with less believable effects. And no Raquel Welch. Or even Will Smith. And it's Roland Emmerich writing it. Yes, and he's still obsessed with Stargate.
