  2. Night of the Comet

A movie that I actually liked back in the 80s...until I turned 16. Halley's Comet makes its pass in 1984, and wipes out everyone who didn't spend the night encased in metal of some sort. Oddly enough, two of the survivors are sisters who spent the night separately, what are the odds?! They spend their time in a department show doing fashion montages and fighting off the zombies, who are people that didn't die...but didn't get turned into dust by the comet... I don't know. Maybe Mike, Bill, and Kevin can figure it out.

  3. Fearless Fighters

    Classic, goofy Wuxia Action!

You get silly weapons (like a fan that reflects heat rays), over-the-top style and did I mention Bear Claw Gloves.

It is weird and totally obscure. Want proof?

The DVD Cover features an Ain't It Cool News Comment and the Back Cover features a Fan Review from IMDB!

Seriously, did I mention the Bear Claw Gloves?

  4. In the Mouth of Madness

Wow. This movie is the pits. I mean - it doesn't make any sense. This was hands down one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Along with Event Horizon. Which begs the question - what was Sam Neil thinking? Why did he agree to be in these catastrophes? Not that he's the finest actor or anything but... huh? And Lawrence Fishburne was in Event Horizon. Lawrence Fishburne!

  6. Prison Planet (Badlanders)-1992

"Mad Max" meets "American Gladiators" in the ultimate road war!- tagline

Set in a futuristic world that is dominated by a single tyrannical king, this sci-fi actioner centers on a group of wrongfully incarcerated prisoners who organize and execute a violent rebellion.

  7. Lost In Space

Lost In Space (1998) Matt LeBlanc, a pre-Jar Jar space monkey, Gary Oldman (and the spiders from Mars!) and Heather Graham in Lee Meriweather's Catwoman costume--In SPACE!! Like the galactically-stranded Robinsons, you will find yourself in search of a time portal that can take you back before you ever watched this movie to no avail. Let's just focus on the fact that there are TWO female co-stars from an Austin Powers movie in this. Yeah, baby! ...Kill me.

  9. Campfire Tales (1991)

Gunner Hansen comes upon a group of campers in the woods one evening and begins a terrible, laughably bad anthology of four "horror" themes tales. One includes a group of pot smokers who smoke a deadly kind of bud, and another includes pirates fighting zombies on a deserted island. Santa Claus makes an appearance as a blood lusting psychopath. All in all just your average movie experience from 1991! It's like Stand By Me on acid; a film that makes you laugh so hard it might give you a stomach ulcer.

  10. Dragonfyre (2013) (AKA Orc Wars)

This movie has everything—a troubled war vet with a blind Native American sidekick, a magical elfin princess who goes from kick-ass to totally helpless from scene to scene depending on whether she needs our hero to save her, an vast army of orcs who we suspiciously only ever see about a dozen of at a time, an evil witch draped in cheese cloth, and so much more. It's like they used tvtropes as a checklist but there's surprisingly no camp to be found, the film takes itself quite seriously which is part of what makes all of the absurdity so…

  11. Heaven's Gate...One of the most notorious bombs in movie history, how could they not?

Who does the best Walken impression? Who flips out after the 200th dust cloud? Who makes the first Kenny Rogers joke? It's waiting for you in this potential skewer.

  12. Godzilla Final Wars (2004)

The final Japanese rubber suit Godzilla movie, and all the monsters are fighting Godzilla. Even '98 Godzilla enters the fray.

Also Don Freye. It is a glorious tale of Godzilla smashing things and being angry.

    1) It stars John "Bo Duke" Schneider as a burned-out undercover DEA agent.
