Hello. I'm a huge fan of Rifftrax and the quality of your products is usually very good, but unfortunately I have to report a rare problem. I owned a DVD copy of the movie Laser Mission without Rifftrax before I purchased the pre-synced VOD of Laser Mission with Rifftrax. While the audio quality of the movie is bad both on my DVD and in your VOD, the audio of the movie (not the riffers) is much worse in your Rifftrax VOD than it is on my DVD. I could understand all the dialogue on my DVD but I had to strain to understand the same dialogue on your VOD. It sounds as though a denoise filter was applied to the movie audio for your VOD version. This was a mistake because a film's audio is far too dynamic for a denoise filter to know what is noise and what is wanted audio. I assume that this was done by Rifftrax, and I appreciate the effort, but it would have been better if you had not tried to clean it up because it makes the dialogue very hard to hear. I'm not asking for a refund or anything like that; I just wanted to bring this issue to your attention so it can be prevented in the future. Otherwise, keep up the great work!
