Trim the "racism" jokes
I wish you guys would trim down the "jokes" calling characters, portrayals of characters, etc, "racist" and so on...I can't tell if you're making fun of people who call everything racist, or calling the subject racist, or whatever, but either way a lot of the time the jokes just turn an entertaining rifftrax into a reminder of the world I'm trying to forget in the process, and make bad writing (since a lot of times they pertain to stereotypical portrayals of non-white characters, apparently stereotypical white characters aren't racist) seem actively hostile instead of just funny. Like, when the riffer is obviously joking then it's funny, but sometimes it seems like the rifftrax is condemning rather than merely mocking or riffing, and then instead of laughing I have more of a "It's a bad movie, so forget about it" feeling than laughter.

I'm going to say that in this current cultural climate, it's a delicate balance to allow films from the past to stand on their own and be judged by the audience; or demonstrate a politically-correct perspective that caters to today's easily offended hyper-judgmentalists, who will destroy you publicly if you don't point out obvious PC infractions. You could lose your patrons and your livelihood. I agree. I watch rifftrax, mst3k, cinematic titanic to escape the toxic hate-filled world. Any intrusion of reality bursts that bubble. But it's a hard call to make: ignore PC infractions from the past and be burned as a witch, or lightly intrude with PC comments.
