  1. The Wolf Man

This 1941 Universal classic has aged into a cheesefest of lycanthropic camp (complete with a werewolf who fully dresses after changing) predatory tendencies poorly disguised as chivalrous flirting, and LSD-induced hallucinations. Boys, do your worst, please

  3. Play Safe

Before "Shake Hands with Danger" (1980) and even before "Last Clear Chance" (1959), there was "PLAY SAFE" (1936), from the same studio that brought you Betty Boop and Popeye.

"PLAY SAFE" is the charming public-domain animated tale of a boy and his dog . . . as they navigate a hellscape of anthropomorphic demon trains who just want to warn the young fellow that it's dangerous to fall unconscious on the train tracks! All of this cautionary whimsy is set to a musical score that sounds like Minnie the Moocher's drunk uncle, Vinny.

  6. Hologram Man

Terrorist Norman "Slash" Galagher is turned into a hologram, escapes, and commits crimes. As a hologram. And the only way to stop him is for Kurt Decoda, the cop who put him away, to also become a hologram. Includes terrible acting, incredible(y bad) hair, cheap effects, and sci-fi concepts that are completely wasted.

This movie tries really, really hard NOT to avoid all the cliches, stereotypes and assorted crapola of 1960s Spy-Fi thrillers and it succeeds in a Big McLargeHuge way.

  8. Venom (1981)

Quite apart from the fact that the set must have been absolute **** to be on - noted drunks Sterling Hayden AND Oliver Reed plus Klaus Kinski, a killer snake sliding up Ollie's trousers, Susan George as a **** maid for Kevin Murphy...

  11. starchaser: the legend of orin

What could be deemed an animated rip off of Star Wars. Only C3PO is a **** silver fembot who tries to ********* with the the Landau of the movie, a rough rebel named Dagg. It features a glowing sword (a hologram of an old man makes an appearance at some point), half human droids.. and Orin also has a sister who comes along on the adventure to try and free slaves who are mining crystals for a war Lord.

    -1985 korean animation

    -plenty of sci fi goodies

-even the main character has a striking resemblance to Skywalker

  13. Dr. Cyclops

its a weird movie, similar to Puppet People, only there's a resolution.

    1. the villain is uber creepy, and shortsighted, literally.
    2. the plot moves slower than a sedated slug.
    3. the effects are passable, sort of.

  15. Spellcaster (1988)

This movie is about a brother and sister who end up going to a castle to participate in a treasure hunt that turns deadly. It starts with a pretty terrible music video and is Full Moon at it's not quite best. Great scenery, but that's all it kind of has going for it.

  16. Tales of the Wizard of Oz

A bizarrely animated tv series from the early 1960s. Apparently in this version, Tin Man is a total jerk without his heart (in one episode, "Free Trade"), he apparently really hurts the Lion with the old "boxing glove on a spring in a box" gag.

It's about as weird a cartoon as anything out there, but what's interesting is that it was made by the forerunners of the Rankin-Bass studio.

  19. Mandy

It's Nicolas Cage at his best. The movie is downright awful and you really have to power through 30-40 minutes of bad to get to the amazing scenes with Cage. Just know that there's a scene where....

    SPOILER

Cage literally crushes a mans head with his bare hands until his eyes pop out.
