Without Warning (1994)
The greatest faux-news event since Orson Welles' War of the Worlds!
A made-for-TV movie that aired on CBS during primetime on Halloween, featuring names such as John de Lancie and Jane Kaczmarek.
Presented as a breaking news report of asteroids crash-landing on earth, and escalating to...well, an ending not quite as hopeful as War of the Worlds.
Added bonus of having caused a few slower people to believe it was actually happening, despite THIS IS NOT REAL announcements before and after every commercial break.

The Sand (2015)
Sand Creature Devours Jamie Kennedy!! Hilariously bad horror movie about a creature killing hung over college kids on a beach. The super low budget makes for ridiculous special effects, including glowing tentacles. The bad acting, cheap CG effects and short but deadly Jamie Kennedy cameo screams RIFF ME!!

Clue: The Movie
"Flames, flames, on the side of my face...breathing breathless heaving breaths, heaving..."
"Even if you were right that would be one plus one plus two plus one not one plus two plus one plus one."

Young Rebels.
Young Rebels (1989)
Okay, first of all it's by the same director who gave us Samurai Cop. Also, it has a near-miss Robert Z'Dar sex scene (twice!). Never have I been so relieved to see a man cock-blocked. The gun fire all sounds like the foley artist was hard of hearing, so even the smallest pistol goes off at nuclear blast levels of sound. The women in the second near-miss Z'Dar sex scene (seriously, who thought we wanted to see that?) appears to be trying to saw herself in half with a string of pearls. The villain looks like J.Jonah…

shock em dead
More 80's heavy metal cheese in the form of "Shock 'Em Dead," where a nerd makes a deal with a voodoo priestess and becomes a rock star...But he also has to kill people to stay alive. Cast includes Traci Lords, Troy Donahue, and Aldo Ray. It even features a toe-tapping soundtrack including this gem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8lIbjjw20o

Death to Smoochy
A black comedy starring the late Robin Williams, as well as Edward Norton, Danny DeVito, Jon Stewart, and other stars not worth mentioning.
A black comedy take on kids' shows, it makes wonder what Robin Williams was thinking when he made this flop. Rifftrax should riffed the hell out of this one!

Collision Course
I just learned of this terrible looking movie from 1992 starring Pat Morita (Mr. Miyagi himself) and a dark-haired Jay Leno! The trailer for this off couple cop movie 'comedy' make me think the guys would have a lot to work with.

If Looks Could Kill (1991)
21 Jump Street's Richard Grieco in a "teen James Bond" quasi-spoof. Why didn't this guy's career ever take off? I could almost hear the riffs as I watched this.

Neighbours (1952)
This Academy Award winning short by Norman McClaren depicts two good neighbours fighting like monsters over a measly little flower. It is one of the most bizarre films ever to exist and the fact that there's no dialogue makes it very worthy of a riffing.

Little Witches
When an ancient book of spells (where have I heard that before?) transforms 6 naughty Catholic school girls into a sexy coven of witches, all hell breaks loose. <-- from the cover May need talented editing and or censoring but defiantly something RiffTrax could pull off. Rated R

Death Proof
Why?
1) You get to make Vroom Vroom noises.
2) Plenty of quiet time to rant and riff
3) When else are you going to be able to make fun of Kurt Russel and get away with it?21 votes -
Teen Beach 2
The Disney Channel movie stars Ross Lynch & Maia Mitchell about the stars of Wet Side Story stars get transported into Mack & Brady's world, but if they don't get back home the movie will disappear forever and Mack & Brady won't even meet. The movie will the funniest riffs.

Detour (1945)
Stars Tom Neal, Ann Savage, with Claudia Drake. Because:1) It's in black & white, which is a plus in this arena. 2) Has a lame recurring theme song that begs to be mocked 3) Plot twists are contrived and described laughably by the hard-bitten narrator. As the SOL crew once said about "Tormented", it tries way too hard to be film noir. Can't find a link - I have it on DVD- but I'm sure there's one out there.

Bride of Frankenstein
Get back to MST3K roots ( sort of )
Wouldn't hurt to see the back of your heads while riffing.
Would also enjoy breaks in the movie to watch invention exchanges.
(Wait a minute - that was MST3K, sigh )21 votes -
The Hunter (1980)
This painfully predictable action movie was Steve McQueen's last. What overdone 70s and 80s action conventions are in there?
Let's see... A tough bounty hunter who is a total alcoholic jackass and has no character, just quirks like horrible driving, his wife we all know is going to get kidnapped and makes justifiable demands the film passes off as annoying nagging, and the one dimensional crazy psycho.
On top of that, the film is glacially paced. Only Levar Burton and the late great Eli Wallach save it, though not by much.
