Benji, Zax & the Alien Prince (1983)
Benji protects a homeless 10 year old alien and his gooftastic flying robot who conveniently forgets he has built in lasers from pairs of alien bounty hunters in nondescript windowless vans.
In one episode, Benji flies a freaking plane.

The Zombie Walks (1968)
As far as bad movies goes, this one is a gem. Everything, from the killer's skull mask to the cheesy melodrama effects, makes it extremely funny. One extraordinary line shows a mechanism triggering the door to a secret passage opened by. a penny bank! Some wacko characters shows the filmmakers didn't take themselves very seriously. The final explanation doesn't explain anything. But this is a murder mystery far over the edge, on the tradition of "Doctor X".

Fall of the House of Usher (1979 TV Movie)
The early '60s version of Edgar Allan Poe's story starring Vincent Price was intentionally campy, and came out quite cool. THEY DID NOT NEED TO MAKE THIS HALF-FORMED VERSION!!!!!!! It's not just the stilted acting that's the problem; I'd say that the biggest problem lies in the casting. Martin Landau as Roderick Usher wasn't a bad choice, but did they really think it wise to cast Robert Hays, after everyone remembered him from "Airplane!"?! Or Ray Walston, after everyone remembered him from "My Favorite Martian" (not to mention "Fast Times at Ridgemont High")?! As for Charlene Tilton, I best remember…

Star Slammer (1986)
Two women who have been unjustly confined to a prison planet plot their escape, all the while having to put up with lesbian guards, crazed wardens and mutant rodents.
This movie just sounds so bad in oh so many ways, that I am submitting it to the undercover riffing agents for further interrogation.21 votes -

Fatal Games
Could be a great tie in for the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games?
Maybe a tad too racy of an Olympic games bound slasher film but a few black bars here and there... just adds existential atmosphere? Javelin in a tepid attempt at a twist ending? That's some good riffing.

miss peregrine's home for peculiar children
A bizarre adaptation of a bizarre novel, this Tim Burton movie has plenty to riff. For instance:
1. A police officer firmly claims that a corpse with its eyes near-surgically removed (with no other obvious injuries) was the victim of feral dogs.A sunken ship resurfaced and put to use after a brief montage.
A bedtime ritual you wouldn't believe.
A dock fight between giant invisible monsters and a skeleton army.
Strange peculiarities including a back-mouth, bee control, pyrokinesis, invisibility, and time manipulation.
Also, they changed the main character's love interest from Emma (the fire girl) to Olive (floating girl)…

Warrioress
This movie is begging for the RiffTrax treatment! Reasons:
1. Heroine wears an aluminum bra.
2. Renaissance Faire grade acting.
3. Really REALLY bad poetry.
4. (Extra) Klingon sword "Bat'lith" on post apocalyptic Earth. Thanks for listening!

1950's Highway Hearing
A 30 minute "documemtary" (ala 1950s Soap Opera style) Highway Improvement hearing, with bad script and even worse acting! Very timely right now with Congress trying to pass a Highway improvement bill.

writing well./paragraphs
This is an educational short that me and my friends at school loved as a kid. It's about a couple of kids learning how to write paragraphs from an alien named axolotl. The alien is just a man with aluminum paint and a curly blue wig. And if that weren't enough, he's actually living in one of the kid's house, ALF style. Except of course this particular extraterrestrial hates cats and thinks they're trying to eat him instead of the other way around. I cannot tell you how much I would love to see this short riffed on. I hope…

The Blood Beast Terror (1968)
Also called The Vampire Beast Craves Blood. Peter Cushing called this his worst film. In Victorian England, Peter is a Scotland Yard Inspector investigating a series of bloody, albeit less than graphic, murders. What he doesn't know is that they are being committed by a huge bat, uh, I mean moth lady created by entomologist Robert Flemyng. With a taste for the blood of young men, the creature is also capable of taking on a human form and passes herself off as the scientist's daughter, Wanda Ventham, the woman who would one day mother Benedict Cumberbatch. British comedian Roy Hudd…

The Hateful Eight
Not the best of Tarantino. It might be too long (one version of the film has an intermission) and did we need the flashback? But anyway, lots of long drawn out, silent scenes makes it good for Riffin'.

Adventure in Babysitting (2016)
Not the 1987 movie, but the 100th DCOM! About two rival babysitters who go on their wildest night in the big city. I love Sabrina Carpenter (Girl Meets World) & Sofia Carson (Descendants) they are my stars in the reboot my favorite movie! Mike, Kevin, and Bill will bring the babysitting adventures the funnest riffs!
