  1. Volcano (1997)

Starring Tommy Lee Jones. A volcano erupts in downtown L.A., threatening to destroy the city. Do you need more of a reason to riff this? Haha!

  2. A Very Brady Christmas

This would make an awesome holiday selection! Very riffable. Here's the entire made-for-TV movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaouixD7jQM

  3. Death Ray 2000

No, not Death RACE, Death RAY. This is the pilot for a 70s TV show called "A Man Called Sloane". For some reason, it made an impression on me almost thirty years ago and, with the miracle of eBay, I finally was able to acquire and watch it. It turns out to be a wonderfully riffable movie. It's got everything: a smug womanizing hero, 70s music, a stupid plot, horrible dialogue, and (or course) a death ray. My wife and I got big laughs from watching it un-riffed.

    Here's a clip that I particularly liked. It's a confrontation between the…

  4. Wild, Wild Planet

It's AWESOME! Awesomely bad, of course! It's the most riffable movie that I've seen that hasn't already been riffed on a MST3K-related project. The outfits, the dialogue, the Rocky Jones-like spacecraft, the goofy plot. It has it all! We highly recommend it, so watch it you helium heads!

  5. Miracle on 34th Street

With all the horrible Christmas Movies and shorts they've sat through, this Christmas they should give themselves a break and us a treat.

  6. House of Frankenstein

A really lame entry in the classic Universal Monsters franchise. Makes a mockery of iconic monsters, and totally deserves some heckling.

  7. Rise of the Guardians

I loved this movie, but I still think a riff of it would be hilarious. It's like the Mexican "Santa Claus" (there's even a villain named Pitch) or "Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny." Except Rise of the Guardians is actually good. Anyway, I bet the jokes would practically write themselves.

  8. The War of the Worlds (1953)

Before there was a Dr. Clayton Forrester tormenting our SOL-stranded heroes from the bowels of Deep 13, there was another Dr. Clayton Forrester who battled (pompously and ineffectively) against a horde of Martian invaders. The Martians proved immune to guns, heavy artillery, and even nuclear weapons. But apparently, they could be prayed to death. Best known today for being a precursor to other, bigger budget ripoffs of H.G. Wells' science-fiction masterpiece in 1996 (Independence Day) and 2005 (L. Ron Hubbard vs. Mars).

  9. "Evil Laugh" 1986 movie starring Scott Baio's brother Steve

Evil Laugh is a low budget slasher flick starring Steve Baio. One of the murder scenes is death by microwave. That says it all really.

  10. "Biker Boyz" starring Laurence Fishburne and Kid Rock

Hilariously bad movie. It's Boyz in the Hood meets Hellcats.

With the success of Sons of Anarchy, it's important to see where the genre of biker entertainment was a mere 11 years ago.

Stars Kid Rock! The man who single-handedly killed off hard rock for at least a generation (genre is still dead as far as I can see)

  11. Dario Argento's Tenebre aka Unsane starring Tony Franciosa

This is a 1982 Italian slasher flick. This is actually pretty good but it still has some seriously funny elements to it. Also stars John Saxon (of course)

  12. "The Day Time Ended" starring CHRIS MITCHUM directed by "BUD" CARDOS

This is another John "Bud" Cardos movie. The production values don't match the plot well but maybe that's a good thing. The other son of Robert Mitchum is in this.

  17. Casino Royale (1954) (VOD Short)

The very first adaptation of James Bond 007. The TV series "Climax!" adapted Ian Fleming's original Bond novel Live on television in 1954, and starred actor Barry Nelson (THE SHINING) as American CIA agent Jimmy Bond. Peter Lorre (CASABLANCA) plays the villainous Le Chiffre. Rifftrax had released a Commentary for the 2006 Daniel Craig version, but I'd like to see this version riffed also. It is 48 minutes long, and could be released as a Rifftrax Short.

  18. Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)

Animated feature-length Pilot for the cartoon series about Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi's adventures during the Clone Wars. Rifftrax has featured the six live-action films, and also the HOLIDAY SPECIAL, so I would like to nominate this one for the 'to do' list. Christopher Lee, Samuel L. Jackson, and Anthony Daniels all return from the prequels.

Theatrical release; before the TV series.
Though I wouldn't mind the whole original TV series riffed, including 'Galactica 1980'.
