  2. Bicentential Man

Rather depressing Robin Williams film from 1999. It is where he is a android who tries for 200 years to be a human. The makeup wasn't that bad at least.
Being a big studio film might make it harder to get.

  3. The Birds II: Land's End

A biology teacher and his wife take their two children to an island summer house to enable him to write an important thesis while getting over the death of their son. While they are there, large flocks of birds appear and begin to attack individual humans for no apparent reason. The town mayor (who is also the local doctor) refuses to believe that birds are responsible for the spate of injuries that are occurring but, before long, he has no option but to believe as the birds begin attacking larger groups of people. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109275/?ref_=tttr_tr_tt

  6. Night visions

Night Visions is a low budget direct to video cop film starring two Rifftrax veterans: Cynthia Rothrock and Fred Williamson. Fred plays “The Skid Row Cop” Dakota Smith!!! He is engaged in a personal rivalry with the Video Stalker, a serial killer who videotapes his victims before, during and after killing them. There is even a midget sidekick. Yes, you read that right. This must happen. So my three reasons are as follows: Dak, QuickDraw AKA Cynthia, and the Newt, the dwarf I nicknamed “Wesson” as in Smith and Wesson. You’re welcome.

  7. Hercules and the Masked Rider

Not really a Hercules movie. It’s more about the Masked Rider than anyone else. The story is a romance novel trying to start. Rough editing. Open space after dialog. Alan Steel. 1963. Sword and Sandal genre, but not Greek or Roman. More swashbuckle-esque Zorro.

  8. Russo-Finnish/German/Mexican Fairy Tale Movies

Some of my favorite MST3K episodes were the Russo-Finnish fairy tale movies--which even the guys at Best Brains admitted were beautifully filmed. Jack Frost/Father Frost was probably my favorite of the Sci-Fi channel era.

There are loads of other Russo-Finnish fairy tale movies. Many of them have been released on DVD through the company Ruscico; they can also be found on YouTube in their original language (most of them subtitled in English). It would be great for Rifftrax to cover them (or re-cover the ones already done on MST3K), but for the ones you haven't covered yet, it would depend…

  9. Creepozoids

The year is 1998, six years after the nuke wars reduced the world to rubble and a few bands of wandering survivors. One of these groups stumbles into an abandoned government research facility, where they were working on making the body capable of creating its own amino acids, thus obviating the need for food. They are then attacked by one of the leftover experiments and begin experiencing an attrition problem. Directed By David DeCoteau

  10. The Man from Planet X

From IMDb: “As a mysterious planet hurls itself toward earth, an enigmatic extraterrestrial scout arrives on a remote Scottish island with unknown intentions.”

Currently in cycle on the Comet television network. Looks neat.

  14. Hoot (2006)

A film where kids have to save an owl sanctuary from becoming a pancake house! The stakes don't get much higher than that! Jimmy Buffett is also in the movie as a teacher!

  16. Mutiny In Outer Space (1965)

I had not seen this film in decades. Wow -- it is really bad. A mishmash of sets, bad special effects, really bad dialogue...you get the idea. This one is so bad that I remember seeing it on television on a "Dialing for Dollars" program in the late 60's - early 70's (which means that it didn't survive for long after being released). BONUS: It also features Harold Lloyd Jr. in his final film role. Check it out!

  17. Amityville 3-D (1983)

3rd and most pitiful of the Amityville Horror sequels, it's greatest asset is loads of unintentional humor! Terrible, often hammy acting, laughable script, and as an added bonus it was released as a 3-D film and many of its antics to exploit that are just plain hilarious! If there's ever a film for Rifftrax to savage, it's this one!

  18. Operation Blue Line starring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)

A 10-minute promotional VHS given out at supermarkets and the like. The Turtles shill with honor as they cross the country to LA in order to promote the LA Metro Blue Line, a rail system running from LA to Long Beach. In order to accomplish their goal, they must overcome the sinister Gridlock, a malefactor who wants to keep LA congested with traffic and smog.

    Reasons this deserves a riffing:

-The Turtle costumes are pretty cheap-looking. They just look like giant versions of the original TMNT action figures and have no jaw articulation whatsoever. They make up for it by…

  19. Dance Macabre (1992)

"A killer is on the loose at a Russian ballet academy."

Highly predictable slasher film directed by Greydon Clark (ANGELS' REVENGE, FINAL JUSTICE), and starring Robert Englund (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET).
