  1. Chamber of Horrors (1966)

It has a horror horn! It has a fear *******! The working man's "House of Wax" but instead of Vincent Price we have Patrick O'Neal as the quiet killer (and - oh yeah - he has a hook for a hand!). We also get Cesare Danova as the handsome hero, a very young Wayne Roger as a policeman and lots of beautiful women who. somehow, ALL seem a bit devious in some way. The tour of the wax museum is worth the price of admission. It's not a bad movie but it is very riffable!

  4. Trucks

Trucks, a movie from 1997, it’s maximum overdrive’s basement dwelling stepchild. Even the radio controlled tonka trucks murders the mailman to get out of this movie. No real big name actors, but when a fire breaks out, every actor in the movie looks at the smoke and ask, what the **** is that? There’s even an inflatable axe wielding killer. How can you go wrong with redneck hating trucks? The TV seems to only come on when the reporter reminds everyone that there is no electricity and then fades back out to static.

  5. Rockula

    1. It has Thomas Dolby as a glitter-peg-legged, ham bone wielding pirate who owns a Death Park and makes his own commercials AND drives the Munster Koach.
    2. It features a totally unnecessary, but really sexy/fun song and dance routine by Toni Basil while she's meeting her son's new girlfriend, presumably for the 19th time.
    3. Features a vampire band working through every 80s/90 music genre, with song lyrics like, "He's the DJ, I'm the vampire." Bo Diddly and Susan Tyrrel provide the backup band.

  6. "This Is Coffee" - An instructional short about how you're making coffee wrong.

An alternate title for this short could be "Go to Hell French Press"

At first, this 12 minute short celebrates the diverse styles of coffee and the many ways to enjoy it.

But then it insists that there's only the one Coffee Brewing Institute approved method to make a cup of coffee using one of three types of coffee pots. Anything else doesn't count as coffee.

  8. Rampage 2018

I don't think I know where to begin. This movie stinks beyond anything I've seen lately. Just watch it and you'll have a gold mine of riff's pop into your head. I had to apologize to the family for renting this atrocity. The language was awful, and unnecessary, too. My kids looked at me and we all were thinking the same thing so we all checked to see if you guys had riffed it yet. Please do it.

With a 0% Rotten Tomatoes score, there HAS to be a lot of great riffing opportunities.

  10. Time After Time (1979)

A sandy-haired, mustachioed Malcolm McDowell is none other than H.G. Wells in this clunky, often painful gem of a bad movie. Mr. Wells is throwing a dinner party for smug Victorian know-it-alls, but his good friend Dr. Stevenson (played by David Warner) is running late. Turns out his buddy couldn’t resist murdering a prostitute on his way because, yes, he’s actually Jack the Ripper. When the police come calling, Stevenson, (who left a knife dripping with blood in his doctor’s bag, you know, like you do sometimes) disappears. Slow-on-the-uptake Wells finally realizes that Stevenson has stolen his time machine. Because...it’s…

  11. Beyond skyline

Beyond the absurd plot and mediocre acting, this is a ridiculous film that obviously had a decent budget, the cgi effects are pretty good. Filled with "Go, go, go, go's!" and "Move, move, move, move's!" I knew that when the protagonist helped deliver a baby on a space ship in the middle of a fight scene, this movie was MADE for rifftrax!!

  12. To the Ends of Time (1996) directed by Markus Rothkranz

To the Ends of Time directed by Markus Rothkranz.

An epic high fantasy film directed by a miniature model maker turned health guru YouTuber It is strange. It looks like something out of the early 90s or late 80s, but is from 1996. It has huge airships in the shape of sailing ships, it has a king, a huge machine/secret weapon made of magic and science or something, a quest, a princess, it has an evil witch and power struggles. It stars Joss Ackland, Christine Taylor, Tom Schultz, was written by Daniel Benton and Markus Rothkranz and is directed by…

  14. When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth

I always remember this film as one of strangest dino films I had ever seen while growing up. Three of the reasons I'm suggesting this film for riffing are as follows.

Almost all of the characters in this film communicate with each other in a made up language that (get this) isn't translated with subtitles. The only character that speaks in English is the narrator, who's incredibly serious, as if you're watching a documentary

The main character is adopted by a giant dinosaur type creature which sorta looks like the Beast from 20,000 Fathoms and she befriends her "sibling". In…

  16. The Spirit (2008)

Samuel L. Jackson as some kind of 'Octopus', Frank Miller as the audience's pun punisher, and Eva Mendes as a sentient font... I think?

  17. The Dunwich Horror (1970)

This film is not so much a horror story (based on something by H.P. Lovecraft) but a tale of one man's (Dean Stockwell) misguided efforts to practice his "devil" religion- or to steal an old book and trick Sandra Dee into sleeping with him - it's fairly off putting because of a few weird dream sequences featuring painted naked hippies, people in hooded robes and bad special effects- also there's a monster with heat vision, Thalia Shire (as a secretary/victim), a crazy lady in an asylum, angry ineffective townspeople run amok, an spell casting show down, and "spontaneous" combustion- an…

  18. Beyond the Door

Juliet Mills plays a young pregnant woman in San Francisco who is going to have the devil's baby during her strange possession. Richard Johnson shows up to help her... but what does he really want?
Take the scripts for the Exorcist, and Rosemary's Baby, put them in a shredder, hang up a piece of sticky flypaper, now take a large fan, and while it is blowing, throw the script shreds into it and whatever sticks to the flypaper, is the script for Beyond the Door. Have Ed Wood direct this movie blindfolded, and with one arm tied behind his back,…

  19. Into the Woods (2014)

It's already posted, but I want to give it new life. Here's my reasons:

    1. The songs are really crummy.
    2. It has classic fairy tale characters, but their stories are distorted and sad.
    3. The Red Riding Hood girl is sooooo annoying.

  20. Virtuosity

Made in 1995, this movie features a then unknown (relatively) Russell Crowe as a computer program, made of the thought patterns of the worst serial killers, come to life. It's up to ex-cop Denzel Washington to hunt him down and stop the run amok program. Featuring crappy mid-90's computer generated special effects and plenty of overacting by Russell Crowe.
