Urusei Yatsura the Movie 4: Lum the Forever
The most underappreciated of so bad their good movies.
Story is delightfully nonsensical.
Tries to be philosophical but fails.
Characters have the bizarrest answer to stopping the magical happenings around them.
Has a weird dream fetus.

Belle and the Beast: A Christian Romance (2007)
This low budget modern take on the classic fairy tale has a lot of material to work with!! The acting is forced, the dialogue is cheesy, the drama is ridiculous, and couple that with some homemade Mandy Moore wannabe soundtrack and you’ve got oodles of joke potential. I laughed out loud watching this. I dream of what could be, please check it out!!

Nestor, the Long-Eared Christmas Donkey.
Mike, you're always hilarious, but it's not the same without at least one other riffer to play off of. This is easily one of the worst Christmas animated movies ever for being the peak of maudlin sentimentality.
Also, they really just remade Rudolph, but with Jesus.4 votes -

A Cat From Outer Space
This is a Disney movie from 1978 that is pretty terrible, but I know it would make an awesome riff! Please consider doing this movie. I would love to see what fantastic jokes come with that movie.

The English dub of Devilman (2004)
It's considered one of the worst anime movie adaptations of all time, to the point that Devilman fans actually have a day to 'mourn' the film's (original Japanese) release every year, that's how bad it is. (https://soranews24.com/2016/10/11/movie-fans-pay-respects-on-the-12-year-memorial-service-of-the-live-action-devilman-film/)
Apart from that, it's a terrible film in general; plot points are constantly dropped and skipped over without warning, the special effects are hot trash, and the English dub is way over the top. Not to mention this film is completely batshit insane, especially if you take a lot of the scenes out of context:

Daddy Dog Day, aka Quigley (2003)
It is a sort of Christian message about redemption, but it stars Garey Busey at his most confused and Busey-est, a baffled Oz Perkins and a cute dog. A cute dog that is actually Gary Busey, being Gary Busey.
All great ingredients, which add up to so much less than you'd expect.4 votes -

Ladybugs
Superbly uncomfortable attempt at humour that includes a "lighthearted" dressing room scene where Rodney Dangerfield sounds like he's assaulting a child. I know Rifftrax doesn't usually do comedies, but this is so powerfully unfunny that I feel it could lend well to Rifftrax treatment.

Liebe 2002
It's a mockumentary from East Germany, the communistic part of it about how they imagined love to work in the year 2002.
It's incredibly cheesy tongue in cheek.
It has a weird futuristic visions with ballet dancers from the future, robots and computers contrasted by the 1970s and the olden days.
It's been produced by DEFA and a copy can be found on their Youtube channel:

Mouseketeers at Walt Disney World
I can't even begin to describe how odd this one-hour special is on Disney+. Let's see if I can list all the things it deserves to be riffed for:
1) Terrible 70s outfits
2) Situations that make you certain the director is on a list and has to introduce himself to the neighbors whenever he moves
3) It's a blatant ad for both WDW and the 70s Mickey Mouse Club that lasted one season
4) Several of the kids don't know the songs they're singing
5) Cliched jokes that were cliches even then
6) Original 1977 commercials (just like the…4 votes -

Speedy Cutover service
The cheesy 70s music, the suspense from a heist movie...what is it? A bond film? No its the speedy cutover team, switching from old technology to new. Watch the action as the specially sharpened cutters slice through cables at breakneck pace. Watch the supervisor wipe sweat from his brow in suspence. Will they cut all the cables correctly? Will any emergency calls not be able to go through? Find out!
