The End of Evangelion
Last night, I was watching The End of Evangelion, and instead of feeling disturbed, I finally felt amused at it. Then there was the silence of Shinji choking Asuka. She reached out and touched his face before saying:
"How disgusting."
Like it was a punchline, I just laughed.I can think of several good reasons this movie should be considered:
1. It's a classic for anime fans.
2. It features a ton of bizarre, puzzling imagery that can be good material for riffs. Just watch this sequence of the Third Impact to understand how weird it gets:

Spy Smasher Returns
Never have I seen a hero in a movie be so ineffective, it is almost a wonder.
Watch it once and you will see the sheer ludicrosity.

Blue Call
Worked on this one myself. Bizarro train wreck, sort of a Bringing Out the Dead ripoff with the worst actors imaginable and a plot like Swiss cheese. 50k budget but still available on Amazon Prime. Somehow we end up with a paramedic Euthenasia sort-of vigilante… in the last twenty minutes. Note the ambulance dispatch and the hospital are in the exact same hallway. Please do.

The Bride and the Beast
C'mon, guys, this movie SCREAMS for a version riffed by Mary Jo and Bridget. In fact, every time I watch it, I go in assuming that it is riffed by them. The trio does a great job, no question, but this calls for a do-over by the funniest comedy duo on the planet right now.

The Brides of Sodom
A film that tries to be a post-apocalyptic vampire epic, but ends up a clumsy mess. The characters' actions are confusing, sympathy is given to characters who don't deserve it, and the ending comes right out of nowhere.

One Man Army
One Man Army (1994) is a ridiculously cheesy 90's action movie starring Kickboxing champ Jerry Trimble. You know, Jerry Trimble? Kickboxing champ? Anyway, he plays a character named Jerry, who come back to his small town after becoming a kickboxing champ, and finds his little town overrun by greed and corruption. So he tries to clean the place up by kickboxing everyone.

Killer Therapy (2019)
This thinly veiled anti-psych PSA (the director/producer of this is both the head of a gym chain and huge Halloween fan so it’s not much of a shocker) really wants us to feel sorry for this sadistic, spoiled rotten, repulsive, and irredeemable Michael Myers clone because it’s all the therapists’ fault and not just the one or two! All of them! We’re supposed to root for and sympathize with him no matter what despite all of these crimes being obviously rooted in the first degree and the adult version looking nothing like the kid version. Hell, I think even I…

Chosen
Netflix scifi thriller in translation to English from the original Danish. Horribly stilted dialogue; unlikeable, stupid characters who insist on making terrible decisions and lack any sense of self-preservation; and plot holes the size of the meteor-strike crater featured in the opening episode. We volunteer to do voices as needed.

Dying To Remember
Deeply, deeply cheesy smash-up of psychiatry and pseudoscience, dressed up like a thriller. Takes itself completely seriously, despite cardboard sets and cardboard acting. Peak early-90s on a bunch of levels. (I adored this movie beyond all reason when I was 10, not even embarrassed.)

Blood Cult
The very first direct-to-video movie. Features an unlikable main character, incoherent lore involving a dog god named "Caninis," a scene that's literally just a couple arguing over a still image of their house, and an ending that doesn't resolve anything.
