  8. How to Make a Monster

Awfully bad movie about a team of video game designers who accidentally create a real monster while developing a new game. It's perfect for riffing!

  14. The Expendables

No other film would dare a conversation between Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a whispering Bruce Willis. Not enough for you? How about Jet Li and Dolph Lundgren shouting at each other?

  15. The Ghosting

Walt Hefner, a Spokane WA man, owned a drive-in theater and sold out to a big movie chain then used the money to do what he always wanted to do: direct a movie of his own. He made a terrible stinker, and it may be somewhat hard to find as it never made it mainstream, but would be an awesome VOD title.

  17. The Uninvited (1944)

Was recently on Svengoolie, starring Ray Milland and it's about a haunted house! This seems like a great choice.

(Only issue is that it shares a title with a riffed film though, also it might not be in public domain yet!)

  19. Virtual Combat (1995) (AKA Grid Runners)

Don 'The Dragon' Wilson stars as David Quarry, a gridrunner (some kind of cop or security agent). In a world with virtual reality everywhere, a Doctor develops a way to "clone" a VR character into a real body. He first shows this discovery to his evil boss, using a star of "adult" VR programs. 20. Dying Young

You wouldn't expect a film with this title to have laughable moments and be riffable now would you? This tearjerker from 1991 has quite laughable acting by Julia Roberts.
Might be a good one for the girls, or for Mike and Bridget, Bridget finding it beyond sad and Mike laughing!
