  1. Piranha (1995)

This remake of the 1970s movie is so bad, the jokes write themselves. The acting is cringe, the effects are nonexistent, and bonus there’s a young Mila Kunis attending summer camp threatened by the SCARY PIRANHA WE BARELY SEE AT ALL.

  2. NINJA JUMP Bouncy Castle Instructional VHS

If the name alone doesn't sell you, well good news, this whole thing plays out like a silent film comedy short, although all of the humor is unintentional. I do appreciate the description cards in between scenes though.

  4. RiffTrax, riff Soul Man - won't you?

To achieve his dream of attending college pampered rich kid, Mark Watson, calls on the help of fistsful of tanning pills and 1986's best perm technology to grab a scholarship posing as an African-American. With hilariously believable consequences!

  5. Speedy Cutover service

The cheesy 70s music, the suspense from a heist movie...what is it? A bond film? No its the speedy cutover team, switching from old technology to new. Watch the action as the specially sharpened cutters slice through cables at breakneck pace. Watch the supervisor wipe sweat from his brow in suspence. Will they cut all the cables correctly? Will any emergency calls not be able to go through? Find out!

  6. Gizmo! (1977)

I saw this as a kid back in the 70's. It contains a silly compilation of black and white clips showcasing man's ingenuity, backgrounded by a narrator and a mix of pop and classical music. It's a laugh to watch, and is prime riffing material. The movie is currently on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONwe96StEpA

    Good Reasons

    1. The Dymaxion
    2. The Ballad of Benjamin Lee
    3. "About five years ago, I was in my backyard, entertaining a friend with my hands."

  7. GRIZZLY 2: REVENGE

You guys MUST do Grizzly 2. It’s been a lost film since 1983. It was only finally completed last year w hilariously new footage shot by drones and high def cameras spliced w 1983 action. It stars George Clooney, Charlie Sheen, Laura Dern, Louise Fletcher and Deborah Foreman. It has potential to be an all-timer for you guys. TRUST ME.

  8. My Dad Lives in a Downtown Hotel

If you couldn't tell by the title, this is a classic 1970s after school special, starring Beau "Village of the Giants" Bridges as the titular downtown living dad.

  9. Bridget Jones' Diary

Any or all three of the Bridget Jones films would be fine, though I'd cover at least the first one.

    1. The best reason to do it: Have her namesake (Bridget Jones Nelson) be part of the riffing team, if only for all the possible jokes over her name. :)

    2. Romcoms -- not enough riffs about those!

    3. Can get all meta with the Mark Darcy/Mr Darcy obsession in the film and the fact that both characters were played by Colin Firth.

  10. The Astrologer (1976)

This is an ego-trip on a Tommy Wiseau level. Craig Denney directed and starred in this, while the script is by a Dorothy June Pidgeon. Dorothy has this movie as her only credit, so I suspect this is actually Craig Denney's nom de plume.
It is a self-regarding tale of an astrologer who becomes so successful rich and famous, he decides to make a movie about himself. The editing's appalling, the acting worse. The plot includes pointless detours to Africa and the South Pacific, which add nothing very much to the whole sorry tale.

  12. Rollerball (2002)

Robeca Romijn in pleather, Naveen Andrews pre-Lost, LL Cool J in the prime of his movie career as snarky pragmatist, and Jean Reno for those Gen-Xers with a "Professional" romanticism... Get ready to get goofy. This one's good enough to keep you from eating the remote, but still recalls - in all it's glory - the reason riffing was invented.

  13. The Devil's Tomb (2009)

A lot of moderately-famous names (Pearlman and Rollins definitely reach cult icon status) and not a lot of coherent plot. Just modern enough to draw people in for the show, but bad enough to require Rifftrax to save it (they'll come for the modernity and stay for the cheeze).

  14. unknown world (1951)

A bizarre film from 1951 where a paranoid scientist convinces others to build and pilot aN underground submarine down a volcano to a new world at the earth's core. Some elements were supposedly used in The Core movie. Combines 50's paranoia with weird science and stereotypical characters to make a riff worthy mess.

  15. Bloodz vs. Wolvez

Bloodz vs. Wolvez is absolutely ridiculous. It's like if you combined Twilight, a gang movie, and absolute stupditity.

  16. Blank Check (1994)

A Disney embarrassment and Home Alone rip-off (one of many) that should've been left in the vault rather than shown to the public eye. Preston, a little boy, lives in a world where money is the only means to find happiness. The kids at school make fun of him for being poor, his dad gives him a measly allowance, and his brother's teasing is ruthless (his brother who's starting his own business, yet has no idea how to use a computer!). After a criminal runs over his bike and gives him a blank check to cover the costs, he cashes…

  19. King of Fighters

In the line of really bad video game movies, this one follows the plot of not even remotely going along with the franchise. King of Fighters has it all!

  20. Traveling vacations short

This short from the 50s is about a man who ruins a ladies painting at the beach, then stalks her , accidentally destroys her fathers car and tows them in their travel trailer all over the country. The girl hates him the entire time. It’s done in that “ain’t it neat” 50s style. And it is ripe for destruction.
