  4. Hot Dog... The Movie (1984)

This 80's ski movie is ripe for riffing. It has everything: bad acting, an alcoholic skiier who never gets drunk, cheesy plot, cheesier guitar singing (think Arch Hall Jr. in "Eegah"), ski ballet (yes that was a thing), and an evil German ski team just to name a few things. This movie is the quintessential 80's ski movie with almost all scenes accompanied by synthesizer music. The plot is just amazingly predictable and characters are ridiculous. It all boils down to the "chinese downhill" - an anything goes 'king of the mountain' ski contest, to determine the "true champion". It…

  5. Hollywood Vampyr

A schlocky vampire - wait, sorry, vamPYR (it's pronounced differently) - movie based on a true story no one really wanted to hear. There's a vampire juice bar in it.

  6. Night watch

Based on a popular Russian book series, Night Watch was supposed to be Russia's answer to American action blockbusters.

    The result is... umm.. special.

It's part Russian Ghostbusters, part Doomsday movie, part Matrix, part Blade, and completely incomprehensible.

Oh! And there's a dude who literally uses his spine as a sword. As in, pulls it out of his back.

  7. TERROR AT LONDON BRIDGE

Jack the Ripper is resurrected in contemporary Arizona, and goes on a killing spree in the British-style tourist trap. Top/low-level performances by David Hasselhoff, Stephanie Kramer, Adrienne Barbeau and Randolph Mantooth, make this 1985 flick so "riffable" it isn't funny. Or, actually, it is.

  9. The Amityville Theater

Do you long for extended James Nguyen-ian high school teacher minivan driving and parking scenes? Then The Amityville Theater is for YOU! This straight to video release features monotone lines delivered with all the enthusiasm of ordering Chinese food plus the added benefit of nonsensical flashbacks. Oh this one should be riffed and deserves to be!

  10. American Women - Partners in Research (Short)

    https://archive.org/details/American1960_2

Short film that epitomizes sexist behaviors of the late 50's early 60's. With Chet Huntley (!) of NBC News. Made by a company here in Buffalo, NY. I can see Bridget & Mary Jo sinking their teeth into this one. In the public domain.

  12. Doctor Who: The Five Doctors

I attended the Doctor Who: The Five Doctors rifftrax live, and enjoyed it much more than I anticipated. Are there any plans to release an mp3 version of the jokes?

  13. Friend Request (2016)

This unnecessary and not so scary repeat of horror movie already done two or three other times ... will finally get its theatrical release in the US (despite being released elsewhere in Jan 2016 and to DVD here).

  14. The Hunger Games (RiffTrax LIVE!)

Alright, every Hollywood blockbuster (aka horrible cheesefest) needs to be riffed Live. You all tried that with Twilight, but your funding was only enough for Starship Troopers. Still, that's a start. You can try the same thing with Hunger Games! Everyone I know loves those movies. I love them, too... with jokes.

  15. The Swarm (1978)

Oscar nominated flick created during the Dark Ages of Hollywood's disaster fetish period. Starring countless celebs du jour and Oscar nominated actors:
Katharine Ross, Richard Widmark, Richard Chamberlain, Olivia de Havilland, Patty Duke, Fred MacMurray, Michael Caine and Henry Fonda. Yes. Michael FREAKING Caine and Henry FREAKING Fonda.

  19. Bay Coven (1987)

A woman and her husband move to a little island, but the wife suspects the townspeople are immortal. Though it's not really bad, it has plenty of laughable elements that beg for a riff: Barbara Billingsley (June Cleaver) plays an evil witch, there's a smoky lounge singer, and not to mention weird witch kids. With all that being said, it could use some jokes

  20. Day of the dead 2008

Mena Suvari (American Pie), Nick Cannon and Ving Rhames, star in this unrelated remake to Day of the Dead. Someone must not have told Ving Rhames it wasn't the sequel to Dawn of the Dead lol. Ian McNeice gives the most ridiculous performance with a rambling, pot smoking dj who slides in and out of his accent. With zombies with duck lips, an incoherent story line, and the sweet sweet unnecessary death of Nick Cannon, this is an absolute must for the Rifftrax crew to make fun of. I insist anyone watch this movie on their own, you'll be convinced…
