  2. jurassic games

A Direct to home video , It a cross between Jurassic Park and the Condemned. A group of death row inmates are put in a virtual reality game where they fight Dinosaurs and each other to survive.
That description make the movie sound better then it is

The Characters are crazy. There the innocent man who keep trying to team up with the others even though they are all crazy killers.
At least one of the inmates is a Cannibal.

And then there the people running the game. They are just as crazy as the inmates,
    This need to be…

  3. Lake Placid 3

CGI Gators, kid actors, Michael Ironsides as a sheriff.
This movie is one that knew what it was and just leaned in, giving enough attention to plot to crawl along but also leaning in to the tropes. Count the number of crimes committed by Michael Ironsides because he is Ironsides. Wince at all the times just turning off the CGI allows large animals to go unseen.
I can't tell if this movie got a number of actors to go slumming in a horror or a bigger budget than got used on the writing and CGI.

  4. Sergeant York

OK, I'm watching MST Attack of the the Eye creatures...and Crow(Trace) makes a reference to Gary Cooper wanting some "bottom land" from Sgt York..oh, my...that is a wonderful movie, rife with anachronisms that would lend themselves to riffing (ala Casablanca)... theres Drunken brawling, olde tyme religion, war and peace...SO much material for riffing and many people haven;t seen it I'm sure even though it's a total classic!

  8. Gordy (1995)

Gordy is a talking pig film like Babe without the charm. Gordy has to save his family from becoming bacon..but instead becomes a pop star instead.

The film features a rap song called "Pig Power". Which is enough riffing material alone.

  9. Siberia Invites You To Visit: 19??

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET3P3UJXl00

This short film tries to sell westerners on visiting Sibera. A place with an inland beach, villiages with museums, a college, the siberian tiger, Donald Duck intellectual property theft, and so much more.

The short tries its hardest, but Siberia doesn't come across all that much more interesting than Milwaukee. Milwaukee if it were stretched to cover 5,000 miles, at that. The short even ends with a woman dancing to a generic lounge act while a bartender pours a giant bottle of booze.

Siberia invites you: a magical land where the sea air is pungent, the summers are hot…

  19. Neverland (2003)

A dark reimagining of Peter Pan. From the Wiki:

"The award-winning film, loosely based on Barrie's work, presents the characters with a twist. It features Peter Pan as an older, androgynous teen, whereas the fairy Tinker Bell is a drugged and burnt out girl, the Lost Boys are hot guys and pot heads, the Darling children are adopted, Wendy Darling is black, Captain Hook is a gay leather man and Tiger Lily is a transvestite. The events take place in Neverland which is an amusement park in the film, rather than the imaginary island."

It stars Wil Wheaton and is…

  20. Benji's Very Own Christmas Story

A man in Switzerland who claims to be St. Nicholas takes a girl through a door marked "Verboten" into Santa's workshop.
Here, we learn about Santa's changing roles in different countries via costume changes and a song or two. We also get to see the elf children (with discolored pointed putty on their noses) wearing politically-questionable cultural attire in an ironic effort toward unification. Watch out for those rice hats! How could you turn down a Christmas short that takes creative cues from 1959's Santa Claus??

Also, the girl happens to be holding the dog named Benji in her arms…
