  4. The Littlest Light on the Christmas Tree (2004)

This animated Christmas movie was the pitiful swan song of Abrams Gentile Entertainment, which was involved with properties ranging from Bucky O'Hare and Visionaries to the Power Glove and Van-Pires. The plot involves the titular light being thrown out by a toy store owner because it was broken and being taken in by a little boy who thinks it has magic powers, which it does because reasons.

Reasons I want to see this riffed:

-The CG. It's not the worst CG, but the characters have odd designs and tend to sway around like they're drunk. And the titular light has…

  6. Killer Bean Forever (2009)

    Description:

"Killer Bean is sent on a mission in Beantown, but when he attacks one of the warehouses owned by the mafia boss, Cappuccino, he gets the attention of Detective Cromwell, a bean who's trying to put Cappuccino, and possibly Killer Bean, behind bars."

An independent animated action film by Jeff Lew, who is known for doing visual effects in movies like TRON: Legacy, X-Men (2000), and the Matrix Reloaded. Cheesy action delivered by weird anthropomorphic CG coffee beans(?). This movie is the perfect mix of great and terrible.

In a way, this movie was John Wick before John Wick…

  7. The entire "Scorpion King" Pentalogy

The Scorpion King was released, starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and it was bad, but at some point over the course of time, people progressively kept saying "There needs to be more". And now we have five Scorpion King movies. I'm halfway through the third one and it's causing me brain damage. Please, please, please, destroy these terrible, stupid movies.

  8. The Gong Show Movie

    From Wikipedia:
The film shows a fictional week in the life of Chuck Barris as the host and creator of The Gong Show, through a series of outrageous competitors, stressful situations, a nervous breakdown (which compels him to run away and hide in the desert) and other comic hijinks in his life and work on the TV show. Among the highlights included a group of men dressed as a Roman Catholic priest and three nuns lip-synching Tom Lehrer's song "The Vatican Rag", a man blowing out a candle with *******, and the uncensored version of Jaye P. Morgan's infamous

  9. Love Boat 1976

    From MeTV:
“ABC turned both down, because, I believe, the casting just wasn't right," the super-producer wrote in his memoir Aaron Spelling: A Prime-Time Life. The first failed pilot aired in September of 1976; the second attempt followed in January of 1977. The third and finally successful pilot, with the cast you know and love, arrived months later in May of '77, with a made-for-TV movie titled The New Love Boat, to underscore to viewers that, yes, this is a fresh crew.

The first two casts contained familiar faces. **** Van Patten played "Your Doctor," O'Neill. Had he landed the…

  10. Valentine Magic on Love Island

NBC’s version of Fantasy Island. Why it should be riffed:
    1. Janis Page is this version’s Mr. Rourke.
    2. Adrienne Barbeau post Maude.
    3. Dody Goodman and Lisa Hartman play mother and daughter. I mean, this is everything.

  11. The Moon-Spinners

The Moon-Spinners is a 1964 American mystery film starring Hayley Mills, Eli Wallach and Peter McEnery in a story about a jewel thief hiding on the island of Crete. Produced by Walt Disney Productions, the film was based upon a 1962 suspense novel by Mary Stewart and was directed by James Neilson. The Moon-Spinners was Mills' fifth of six films for Disney, and featured the legendary silent film actress Pola Negri in her final screen performance.

    Why it should be riffed:
    1. The scenery in Crete is quite lovely.
    2. A teenage Hayley Mills.
    3. Pola Negri’s last performance.

  12. Official Xbox Magazine Demo Discs

in 2001, Microsoft introduced their very own gaming system called the Xbox. like the Official U.S. Playstation Magazine, they too made their very own magazine and demo disc series called the Official Xbox Magazine. I would suggest that you riff the original Xbox demo discs ranging from issues 1 through to 45 as well as the Xbox Exhibition variety demo discs and every first party xbox original demo discs and if possible any xbox 360 demo disc that's compatible with the original xbox and have xbox demos are optional but again do all original xbox demo discs (2001 through 2005).…

In 1997, sony computer entertainment america launched a cd based magazine that doesn't make you read but makes you play called the playstation underground. the psone versions always spanned 2 discs which were great for playable demos, trailers, imports, behind the scenes featurettes, exclusive first class looks on upcoming games, cheat codes, bulletins, demonstrations on first party accessories, downloading save files, walkthroughs on best winning the game, special events and easter eggs. the ps2 version was just one dvd. it all ended in 2001 when they've decided to merge with the official us playstation magazine just as they've transitioned to…

  17. High Strung

This movie is currently available on Hulu. I know the sister of one of the producers, who gave updates throughout filming and praised it to high heaven. I finally watched it today after the “How Did This Get Made?” podcast covered it. Oh my goodness is it ripe for riffing. A ballerina who is afraid of modern dance and not one, but TWO violin-playing bad boys are in a love triangle set among a NYC arts college or something. The actors are amateurs. The writing is amateurish. One of the producers is the daughter of Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane from…

  18. the ghost galleon

I just saw the Ghost Galleon. It is wonderful. It has the slowest zombies ever seen in a movie, unbelievably stupid characters and a charming toy galleon. It is also very fun to watch with a semi interesting plot and ending.

  19. Firepower

This terrible movie from 1979 stars Sophia Loren and James Coburn, with appearances by other tv stars from the 70s and one very sad cameo by 50s film star Victor Mature. Set mostly in the Caribbean, the plot is twisted and hard to follow. The goal seems to be blowing up as many things as possible. It would make a GREAT Rifftrax project!
