Read You Like A Book (2006)
Reasons:
1. It's a movie that takes place entirely inside a Berkeley bookstore. Exciting!
2. "Crazy" events happen due to a magical book brought into the store by a cowboy hat-wearing Danny Glover!
3. OK, selfish reason: I am an extra in the climatic book reading scene! Also, Karen Black!

Generation X
It is easy to make fun of a X-Men movie but why not go to the start with a 1996 Made-For-TV mess with Matt Frewer pulling his Jim Carrey-like performance as a villain whose one of the plans is to make a dream **** joke (seriously!)

Endless Love
Endless Love is a 1981 American romantic drama film based on Scott Spencer's 1979 novel of the same name. The film is directed by Franco Zeffirelli, and stars Brooke Shields and Martin Hewitt. The screenplay was written by Judith Rascoe. The original music score was composed by Jonathan Tunick.
The film was released in July 1981 and received negative reviews, with critics comparing it unfavorably to the novel. Spencer disliked it, believing the filmmakers to have missed the point of the book which showcased the dangers of obsessive love. The film was a box-office success, and its theme song, performed…

The Christmas Carol (1949, narrated by Vincent Price)
You know you're in trouble when they don't even get the title right. (It's A Christmas Carol, not THE Christmas Carol. ...Actually, according to Dickens it's A Christmas Carol In Prose, Being A Ghost Story Of Christmas, but who calls it that?)
And you're in even MORE trouble when they misspell the main character's NAME in the opening credits. (Who is this "Ebeneezer"?)
This was an early television production--and I mean EARLY, as it wasn't even the fifties yet. It's a half-hour short that was meant for syndication on 22 stations across the country on Christmas Day of 1949. Vincent…

Romper Room
I think either episodes from the 50s/60s, or the 80s reboot would be perfect for riffing. For such a long-running tv show, it's surprising you don't hear more about it, and I think it's worth bringing it out of retirement.
Plus, if done as a live short, you could do some audience interaction type of stuff. And I'm curious to see if Mike, Kevin, and Bill are Do-Bees or Don't-Bees (well, I'm fairly positive Mike is a Do-Bee anyway).
