It's Wonderful Being a Girl
Oh, this brings back a memory! In 5th grade, the girls got a note that they were going to the auditorium to see this film while we were stuck in class. As the Paul McCartney song "Girls' School" says, "they put the papers on the window"! I remember being jealous that the girls got their own movie.
When I asked one of the girls what the movie was about, I got a very terse "none of your business"! This would make a great short to riff -- although it might be safer for Bridget and Mary Jo to do it!…

D.O.A. (1949 or 1950)
This movie sports:
1) a glow-in-the-dark protagonist, Frank Bigelow, with a slide-whistle tumescence monitor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09fcx6Uvdds
2) his velcroid girlfriend, Paula, who makes Frank's D.O.A. fate seem like a happy ending.
3) a psychotic personal trainer named Chester – played by Neville Brand (The Return) – who's perpetually obsessed with our hero's abs.D.O.A. is a roller-coaster ride to the morgue; it's in the public domain and exists B&W or colorized. A possible riffing vehicle for Bridget & Mary Jo?

Rope
Hitchcock's dramatic comedy in which scholars work to pull of the perfect murder right under the watchful eyes of the professor whose ideas influenced them. Mindbending cinematography and lots of room to cram riffs between banter.

"Hard Cash"
Hard Cash (2002) - top actors in an inept crime movie, so many WTF moments to riff on. Commentary is the only thing that can save this one.

A Karate Christmas Miracle (2019)
A long shot for the riffing treatment. I'm not even sure if I want them to do it in the first place. Ken Del Vecchio is a wacko conspiracy theorist nut job. Wouldn't want him to get any money from this transaction.
But on the other hand? Killer clowns and conspiracy theories and a mass shooting! Psychic law professors. Nepotism (Ken casts his son to play the son of his character.
"After his father disappeared during a mass shooting on Christmas Day one year earlier, 10-year-old, precocious Jesse Genesis creates a "12 Days of Christmas List" of tasks. If he…

Playstation Underground Demo Discs
In 1997, sony computer entertainment america launched a cd based magazine that doesn't make you read but makes you play called the playstation underground. the psone versions always spanned 2 discs which were great for playable demos, trailers, imports, behind the scenes featurettes, exclusive first class looks on upcoming games, cheat codes, bulletins, demonstrations on first party accessories, downloading save files, walkthroughs on best winning the game, special events and easter eggs. the ps2 version was just one dvd. it all ended in 2001 when they've decided to merge with the official us playstation magazine just as they've transitioned to…

Pink Angels
This movie is incredibly ripe for RiffTrax. It a profound story of a hero's journey in the late 60s California when he connects with the Pink Angels, a group of transvestite bikers and they wheel their way to Los Angeles.

Crackerjack 2 (aka ******* Train)
A gritty, late 90's action thriller, featuring Judge Reinhold cast against type as a cop-on-his-own hero named Jack Wild. It's the "Die ******* a Train" that Under Siege 2: Dark Territory TRIED to be.
I remember Reinhold appearing on (I think?) Letterman back in 1997, mentioning this being his next film, then showing a clip of a fight scene with him kicking ***, striking vague martial arts poses, and doing spin-kicks in his underwear. When it cut back to the host, the flabbergasted reactions from Dave and the audience said it all.
Oh, and there is no "Crackerjack 1", in…

Twin Dragon Encounter (1986)
Maple syrup-flavoured magnificence from Canada! Twin moustached martial artists do their damnedest to make Y.K.Kim look like a competent auteur.
Take a level measure of 'Deadly Prey' plot, add a touch of the deranged hubris of 'Geteven' and a strong whiff of 'Miami Connection' (especially with the rockin' action theme) and stir in two heroes who each have the electric charisma of 'Karate Cop'. Oh, and they drive identically-painted passion wagons with their day job prominently advertised on the sides.
Leaden, clichéd, preposterous, witless, but lots of kicky fighting too. Like a lot of movie-makers who have genuine martial arts…21 votes -

Captain Marvel 2019
This film has bad acting, male bashing, and a disappointing answer to the question of why nick fury wears a eyepatch, 90s references, i think bridget and mary jo should riff the film, maybe as a reference to how the star of the film doesn't want 40 year old white guys reviewing it and bridget and mary jo are definitely not 40 year old white guys

Trapped (2008)
Why do I want this movie riffed? It's a bad low budget 'horror' that would be perfect for riffing. Don't believe me? Watch! https://youtu.be/XV4XfwTV9Gs
The real reason I want this movie riffed? Because I was part of the crew. I didn't make it onto the imdb page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1351258/ but I did get in the film's credits.

The Peanut Vendor
This 1933 stop-motion short is pure, unconcentrated Grade-A nightmare fuel, and everyone should experience it at least once in their lives. It makes David Lynch look like Walt Disney.

Mrs. T. and her Cabbage Patch (BBC, 1941)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9xLQBUi6Ic
I think the official BFI YouTube description of it sells it better than I could:
Poetic tribute to Mrs Turner's vegetable growing prowess, plus the delights of "wartime steaks".Also: Mrs. T. I pity the fool who wouldn't consider riffing this!
