https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVsRYsNETpY
A Union Pacific traffic education short.
A reporter solved the mystery of why a brother and sister died in a fatal accident. But before he'd tell the audience or his boss the reporter detailed every step he took to figure out what happened.
A series of interviews revealed that the family had emotions. Emotions caused the dad to get a ticket, the girl to get her bike run over, and the brother to speed past a red light and into a deadly railroad yard.

Helping Johnny Remember
A group of children assemble a cardboard city within what appears to be a dark, formless void of a room. But where's Johnny? And why won't the children play with him? Could it be because Johnny looks to be one incident involving frogs and firecrackers away from venturing down the career path of serial killer with a one paragraph entry in that true crime encyclopedia your weird uncle keeps in his bathroom?

From Chrysler: How to Go Places - 1954
This is wonderfully campy short
It has perfect gaps in narration for riff-talking
The old fashioned ideas contrasted to todays travel would be funnyThis would fit in perfectly with all the other shorts Rifftrax has riffed. :)
You can find it on youtube https://youtu.be/ZnAiyAMefC4

Manimal (TV series 1983)
Maybe the pilot or the first two episodes (if not the entire 8 episode series... I guess that would be asking for too much).

St. Louis Museum of Transportation Virtual Tour Video
This sounds weird (it's a lot of words) but it's soooo very riffable! I don't know what the copyright laws would require, but it's worth thinking about. For one thing, the camera is set on oscillating, for two, it keeps repeating the tour of the kiddie playroom a thousand times, and for three, the museum's not even that cool! It's really boring.
Mike, Kevin, Bill: PLEASE try this. I'm begging you. And if you can't actually riff it for real, at least watch and make fun of it for your own enjoyment.19 votes -
Andi Mack
Disney Channel's latest attempt at drama, this series centers around Andi Mack who learns that her sister is actually her mother (and no, she isn't both) on her 13th birthday. I only watched the first episode, but even that was too much. Seriously deserves to be riffed.

Baoh (1989)
released in japan in 1989 and dub in to english in 1995, Baoh is one of if not the only anime i can picture rifftrax making a video on, at only 48 minutes long, it's a quick sit,
The 3 reasons
1, the terrible script transition has the terrible actors pointing out the obvious every 30 seconds
the plot is incoherent, full holes and never establishes baoh's powers
quality of animation flips between from ok to just bad but don't worry, the violence done well and i guess that's good?

La Salla
If you liked Toy Story, then you'll love La Salla, one of the weirdest animated shorts ever made, back when computer animation was still in its infancy. This one would be a million times funnier with your voices in it.

Game Warden
Game Warden (1955)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048107/
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PyJ0e9ihdn0Caught this earlier this morning on TMC after an old Helen of Troy movie.
"Of course, the warden's not just a glorified guide, either. He's still on the lookout for law violations, too. And Mr. Beaver here has pulled a dandy."
Mr. Beaver: the greatest criminal mastermind of the 20th century."Deer poachers. They shot at the farmer, too; a case of deadly assault. The bullet will be dug from the tree for ballistics study. The hide goes into cold storage as evidence."
Along with the farmer.19 votes -

Dinosaurs: The Terrible Lizards
I suggest Dinosaurs: The Terrible Lizards. It's an educational stop motion animated short first filmed in the seventies and then revised in the eighties, so there's two versions to choose from.. It was produced by Wah Chang whose work has already been featured in Jack the Giant Killer and Dinosaurus! The animation ranges from decent to bad and even the revised edition contains information that was known to be incorrect decades before the seventies.

Smith School of driving (ca. 1960)
The "world famous" Smith School of driving is still active, so I doubt you could get permission, but the old-school driver's ed. films (somewhere from mid-'50s to late '60s I'd guess) are pretty damned funny, and ripe pickin's fer riffin'. Smith is a cantankerous pedant who likes to refer to trucks as "billboards" and admonishes drivers to "give the signal" (presumably their middle finger) at parked motorists as they pass. Nothing tops the combination of educational film cheese, with middle america values cheese, with ****** mid-century car cheese, with an over-determined and "five point system" taken all too seriously cheese,…

Big Boy (1954 educational film)
A terrible educational folksy short on steam engines. I mean truly terrible, it starts with the narrator insulting the lead's wife and talking about how normal him loving an engine is. This has Kevin Murphy written all over it

Raggedy Ann and Andy (1941)
This Fleischer cartoon gives "Fun in Balloonland" a run for its money in the sheer insanity department. There's a character with a pair of scissors for a head, and Ann and Andy are SEWN TOGETHER at the end.
