Any X-Files Episode... but the 1st season is just asking for it.
The first season of X-Files is laughable on its own. But how much better would it be with a riffing? Every episode is rife with 1990s cheese, regular continuity errors, fledgling (and failed) fame. Seems to me that the Riff is due on this cinematic gem.

These movies are American romantic comedy films, it stars Kirstie Alley and John Travolta. The first movie was mediocre, but the sequels are awful.

Full Moon catalog
Really, anything from Full Moon would make for an excellent riff. They seem to be pretty self-aware of how goofy their stuff can get, so I think they'd go for it.

Hotel Transylvania
Adam Sandler plays Dracula. Selena Gomez plays Dracula's daughter Mavis. (Miley Cyrus was supposed to play Mavis, but got fired before production officially started.). Dracula runs a hotel for werewolves and other monsters-but not humans. He throws Mavis a 118th birthday party-during which Mavis falls in love with a human named Johnny.

Problem Child
The 1990 movie Problem Child, starring John Ritter, Amy Yasbexk and Michael Oliver, was hated by critics, but somehow beloved by the general public at the time. Here's a sample:

Gremlin
"A man receives a mysterious box containing a terrible secret, a creature that will kill everyone else in his family unless he passes it on to someone he loves to continue its never-ending circulation." The story actually looks a little decent but I think there will be laughs to be had at the gremlin monster.

A extremely goofy movie
A sequel to the cult classic Disney film. With all the 90’s attitude you can handle. They even have the x game in the plot. And goofy gets a love interest that is never speaking off ever again after this film ended.

Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties
The worst sequel to a god awful movie you will ever see. Bill Murray, John Cleese and Tim curry resent this film with a passion. It’s pure early 2000’s fever dream of a movie.
