Speak No Evil
I present for your consideration 2014 direct-to-DVD horror endurance test "Speak No Evil." 38 children go missing in a small desert town and re-appear as possessed zombies wearing matching T-shirts. Features C-level acting filled to the brim with the constant shrill screaming and boring apathetic hipsters, interspersed with cutaways to inexplicable, tonally mismatched psychedelic visions. The central demon creeps around wearing a donkey mask from time to time. Nothing makes sense.

The Frog Prince (1986)
This is a cannon film, the Frog Prince himself is worth riffing alone as are the catchy but silly songs. I love this movie but would love to see the guys riff it

Steel Frontier
I feel like the movies that are the most fun to riff are the ones you actually kinda like, and Steel Frontier is one of my favorite low-budget movies. It’s a post-apocalyptic Mad Max clone starring Joe Lara as a drifter who “helps” the recently-enslaved populace of a rubber-burning trash town fight off a raider army led by Brion James.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s NOT a great movie. You can see the wires during some of the stunts, the bad guys consistently can’t hit anything with automatic rifles from entire feet away and a lot of the performances are...uh...…19 votes -

G.I. Joe: The Movie (1987)
Before Channing Tatum and Snails we had the pinnacle of all military toy movies: G.I. Joe: The Movie (1987). Corey Feldman! Don Johnson! Sgt. Slaughter playing against type as Sgt. Slaughter! Inexplicably, Burgess Meredith!
Give some love to those of us who were glued to our sets in the '80s for the latest afterschool animated infomercial.

DescriptionTo investigate the life of Russian composer Pavel Sosnovsky, Andrei Gorkachov (Oleg Yankovsky) goes to Italy, where Sosnovsky resided before his suicide. Artemis Fowl (2020)
I'm conflicted about this one. It would have to be a Just the Jokes. But I don't want people to watch it if it gives Disney the false impression that they should make a sequel. WHEN THEY SHOULDN'T. Yep. Vegas odds are this one will be one of the top three Razzie contenders for next year.

Fork Lift Driver Klause
German: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DILjd69C0o
English: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPpwLCvPAMEWhy riff it? (1) Twice as many hand amputations as Shake Hands with Danger. (2) Your pick of German dialog w/English subtitles, or an English dub with... amazing ... lip sync. (3) Previously unrecognized influence on other films, including the Black Knight scene from Search for the Holy Grail, and the Saw franchise.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (the George Lucas Cut)
since it does exist (but not out, for now but give it time, maybe this Christmas time if Disney knows what it is doing and since they need the money now) Rifftrax should riff it (its 40% new footage)

Maternal Instincts (1996) - Lifetime movie with Delta Burke.
Her doctor gives her a hysterectomy and can't have a baby. So she plans on killing the doctor who did it, a woman who can have babies, and another person. The scene where she gives her "Oscar-winning" performance in the bathroom stall slamming into the door is fantastic. Rifftrax, please riff Maternal Instincts (1996) with super-Celeb Delta Burke.

The Hill and the Hole
The Hill and the Hole (2019) has everything: an incomprehensible plot that veers wildly from boring to bizarre, terrible effects, terrible acting, inconsistent (or nonexistent) character development, and a deep desire to be SiGnIfIcAnT, at which it completely fails. It's not scary and it's not funny. It tries to be both? I guess?
It's about a surveyor/archaeologist who is trying to figure out why a big mound in the southwest reads as a deep hole on his surveying equipment instead. That premise is really cool! Unfortunately, what follows is so random and meaningless that I don't think "confusing" describes it…

Crackerjack 2 (aka ******* Train)
A gritty, late 90's action thriller, featuring Judge Reinhold cast against type as a cop-on-his-own hero named Jack Wild. It's the "Die ******* a Train" that Under Siege 2: Dark Territory TRIED to be.
I remember Reinhold appearing on (I think?) Letterman back in 1997, mentioning this being his next film, then showing a clip of a fight scene with him kicking ***, striking vague martial arts poses, and doing spin-kicks in his underwear. When it cut back to the host, the flabbergasted reactions from Dave and the audience said it all.
Oh, and there is no "Crackerjack 1", in…

TheJoker
Not the pretentious art film, but the B&W daddy of "Shake Hands With Danger", released as a safety short by US Steel. It stars Hans Conreid as the harbinger of injury and compensation. Accidents and camp abound, and it makes you long for a universe where Hans played the Batman nemesis.
