1. Godzilla vs the Smog Monster

   Possibly the cheesiest, drug-induced Godzilla movie ever made. In this one, an entire montage of pollution scenes show the dilemma humanity faces in one of the most phoned-in messages ever put in a Japanese movie. Its then we are introduced to this rounds contender for baddest monster in Japan, a sludge tadpole. Seriously.

   There is so much confusing crap going on in this one its impossible to not comment about it. The Smog Monster gets bigger by smoking a smokestack like a bong like its life heroes are Cheech and Chong, it apparently can shoot poop from its nipples, it can transform into a flying turd pile and spreads silent-but-deadly gas across Japan, and it seems to like going after teenagers whose sole purpose is to gripe about their angst and pollution.

   But what about Godzilla? Well, he finally realizes how ridiculous the premise is and actually does a face-palm at one point. His monster destroying episodes are accompanied by the worst Japanese pop song ever sung in a monster movie. (Seriously, the song is even worse than anything put out by those tiny twin fairy chicks from the Mothra movies and that's saying a lot.) And did you know Godzilla can fly? Because he totally does in this movie.

   This is considered one of the worst Godzilla movies to come out during the early days of the franchise, even by one of the creators of Godzilla (Tomoyuki Tanaka, respectively). Its overall camp, strange message, and target audience of children make this one really weird. If the guys ever get the time to do this Riff I would probably die a happy man. Of course, if someone else decides to do an iRiff I would watch it. I would just ask them to watch out for the poop nipple thing.

   Warren Beatty as the classic comic strip cop. Madonna as Breathless Mahoney. Al Pacino is one of his greatest roles ever. This is ripe for riffing!

5. Bill and Coo (1948)

   To the best of my knowledge, this film is in the public domain and is posted in the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/Bill_and_Coo

   Think of it as "The Terror of Tiny Town", but with an all avian cast. The feathered residents of Chirpendale are terrorized by an evil black crow by the name of "The Black Menace".

   The film received an Honorary Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (the "Oscars") "In which artistry and patience blended in a novel and entertaining use of the medium of motion pictures."

   Yes, it was done on an early MST3K, but let's face it, a movie this "special" deserves a better riff than that first season effort. Plus, none of the towering RiffTrax trio were in that MST3K, so it would be all the fresher!

9. The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T.

   The original Dr.Seuss Musical penned by the rhyming scribe himself and it's just as bizarre and random as you would expect. the antics of lunacy and surrealism are perfect material for Mike and the gang to play with.

    Science fiction, hold the science, and actually go light on the fiction while you're at it.

    Seriously guys, make this happen. A stupider movie I have not seen since maybe Revenge of the Sith. And at least that one had lightsabers. Snowpiercer isn't the worst movie ever, but it just might be the dumbest.

11. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

    Who else wants to see the more family friendly yet equally more horrifying entry in the Indiana Jones series get riffed? It has tons of weird moments that are begging for it!

    The main story picks up in the holy grail (pun intended) of stereotype Indian villages, whose occupants ask our three heroes (Indy, his Chinese kid Short Round, and the most annoying blond/love interest ever) to get their sacred arkenstone back. Also their kidnapped children. Indy decides he wants to help, Short Round just wants to follow and make his dad proud, and the blond doesn't even care until she hears about the diamonds in the stones.

    It has tons of funny potential. Like a funny booby trap scene where people can die! The wacky food they eat in the palace! Ripping a guys still beating heart out of his chest and showing it to him before dropping him in hot lava! Do I even have to mention the child slavery mine which is a pretty clever analogy about child actors in any Steven Spielberg produced movie?

    This is the ONE INDY MOVIE I wanted to see riffed when I signed up for Rifftrax and its high time for it to be riffed!

    Hilarious Scottish comedy shorts w/ little or no dialogue. It's funny on its own, but your riffing can make it a side-splitting, gut-busting, face-hurting laughing experience!

    Here's what makes this vampire flick different: it actually stars UGLY LEADING MEN! Willem Defoe and John Malkovich. No pale brooding hot young guys, no tortured silver foxes, no homoerotic long-haired guys struggling with their existential crises (Interview w/the Vampire). Just hideous middle-aged old dudes.
