  2. Daylight

Toxic waste being transported to New Jersey? explodes trapping innocent citizens inside. who do you call? That's right Kip. The disgraced EMS worker now working as a cab driver.

Will he save the people in the tunnel?
    Will he finally find redemption?
Will Viggo Mortenson, live down his role as a rich adventurer?
Will Kip, save George, from drowning by slurring at him?
Will they finally reach the daylight the title mentions?
The answer is yes if you really want to know.
All the these questions will be answered if you care at the end.

  3. Rocky V

After becoming a symbol to Russians in part 4 Rocky, is now back to being poor and stupid.

He trains a young kid (not his) to be the new Rocky.

A mean boxing promoter who just wants to make money. (Doesn't sound familiar to Don King)

Stallone's real life son tries to "act". (doesn't work)

Stallone admited he would give this movie zero stars.

No boxing match in the ring. Just two school children duking it out on the streets with no cops to break them up.

    A lovely heartfelt ending. (Not!)

  4. graffitti Bridge

Prince at it again with acting in movies except this time not only did he direct, but wrote as well.

A supposed "sequel" to Purple Rain, but it's connections are pretty murky.

Another great soundtrack ruined by making a "movie" to include the songs.

Oh, yes Prince's friends appear once again as well so don't you fret.

Also blatant religious metaphors. (very subtle)

  5. Lock Up

Stallone yet again in jail except this time he's a gentleman.
Donald Sutherland as the "evil" warden who has a few scores to settle with Stallone.
Old time music while rebuilding a car. (In a prison with a working engine?)
Stallone monologuing about how to survive prison.

    Stallone at his most beefiness.
    Explosions.
    Laughable dialogue and acting.
    Explosions.
Rambo cauterizing his wound by setting himself on fire.
    Explosions.
    Russians.
    Did I mentions explosions?

  7. Under the Cherry Moon

Prince at his most selfish done in black and white.
Bad acting from Prince and his cohorts despite a great and popular soundtrack.
Worst picture winner along with Howard the Duck. (That's pretty shocking)

  8. Suspiria

Suspiria, the original that is, came out 1977. Directed by Dario Argento. I guess this movie may have been scary in 1977 but now it feels kinda cheesy but still a cool supernatural horror film. Has a cool soundtrack by the band Goblin. Would love to see this one riffed by you guys!

  12. Serenity (2019)

    Hitchcock meets the Matrix.

This Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway psychological thriller is so terribly funny and hokey and convoluted. It has to be witnessed and riffed to bring balance to the world of cinema.

  16. Sexina

I only just learned today about the "film" Sexina:

"Teen pop sensation Sexina is also a private detective that fights evil in the music industry."

And Adam West is in it. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?

  17. Low Blow (1986)

Leo Fong plays a private investigator who is in search of a young girl kidnapped by a religious cult (might as well be Patty Hearst). Destined to save her, he teams up with a Vietnam vet, a pro-boxing champ and a former cop to save her...
This is a VERY low budget action movie staring Leo Fong (who also wrote it and was a producer) who was a 'famous' martial artist and was friends with Bruce Lee
Oh it has Cameron Mitchell in it as well

  18. Cellar Door (2007)

Really low budget horror movie. Bad acting and really not a whole lot of horror. Please riff. You guys would make it so much better. I used to own it on dvd when I was a kid. So nostalgia.

  20. Beat Street

Beat Street is a fantastic movie about NYC hip hop and dance that was made in the early 1980s. Has some cameos by hip hoppers who were apparently famous at one point. Great movie.
