Sting Of The Dragon Masters (A.K.A. When Tae Kwon Do Strikes)

The Uncanny
1977's The Uncanny, Peter Cushing, Ray Milland, and Donald Pleasance slumming and chewing scenery in a cat-based horror anthology film. The Chooper/Blood Shack
This movie should be right up there with your Birdemic and Samurai Cops, and it's by the same guy who did the The Incredibly Strange People Who Stopped Living, so it has pedigree.

Generation X
It is easy to make fun of a X-Men movie but why not go to the start with a 1996 Made-For-TV mess with Matt Frewer pulling his Jim Carrey-like performance as a villain whose one of the plans is to make a dream **** joke (seriously!)
