  2. Doctor Who: The Movie (1996)

This made for TV movie was a co-production between FOX and the BBC. It starred Paul McGann as The Doctor, and Eric Roberts as his arch nemesis - The Master. Roberts was SO over the top and flamboyant that his performance is laughable. The film itself is mediocre at best. Considering how well you guys handled the 1960's films, this would be the icing on the cake!

  3. Operation Ivy

Operation Ivy, the declassified military movie about the hydrogen bomb testing. The pipe-gesturing jokes already make us laugh at the unriffed version. It deserves all the loving attentions of veteran comic writers such as yourselves.

After witnessing his father's pride in Henry's natural ability at farming, Angus plays a cruel prank on him involving the bloody corpse of his pet sheep, just moments before Mrs. Mac, the farm's housekeeper, comes to tell the boys that their father has been killed in an accident. The combined shock of these two incidents leads Henry to develop a crippling phobia of sheep.

  5. Konga

A British sci-fi horror King Kong/Frankenstein ripoff I saw on Netflix recently from 1961. Michael Gough gives it his all as the sleazy scientist, but nothing can save this delicious turkey. Has the single most hilarious attempt at a special effect I've ever seen.

  6. Piranha II: The Spawning (1981)

    FLYING PIRANHA! That is all.

Oh you want to know more? It was the directing debut of James Cameron, best known for THE TERMINATOR, ALIENS, TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY, TRUE LIES, TITANIC (1997), and AVATAR. He once joked it was "the finest flying killer fish movie ever made." Rumor has it he broke into the studio to cut his own version. He denies this.

A Caribbean island resort becomes the buffet table for flying mutant piranha. FLYING PIRANHA!! Lance Henriksen (ALIENS, THE TERMINATOR) plays a police chief trying to stop them.

  12. The Substitute (1996)

Ultra-cheesy 1996 movie starring Tom Berenger, Ernie Hudson (as Principal Rolaid), Marc Anthony (yes the 'I Need To Know' Marc Anthony). Really bad acting and SO many opportunities for riffing. Tom Berenger is an ex-SEAL or something who becomes substitute teacher at a rough inner-city Miami high school to avenge the beating of his teacher girlfriend. He encounters gang-banger students and a drug pushing Principal (Rolaids). Hilarity ensues.

  13. Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky

Rated the #1 movie to watch while stoned, this is the movie that spawned the infamous head smashing clip used on the early days of The Daily Show with Craig Kilborn. The over the top, ultra violent scenes of brutality in this film would be deeply disturbing if the special effects weren't so hilariously terrible. Everything that happens in this movie is amazing and makes no sense. Examples:

A man trips. The camera cuts to a paper mache mannequin filled with red paint that falls on some nails. We the viewers are to believe this is a real person and…
