  2. Death by Invitation

Someone's ancestors likely did something wrong to your ancestors hundreds of years ago. So what do you do? Do you try to seek revenge in a reasonable way by writing a book and going on the 70s equivalent of the Oprah Winfrey show to talk about it? Or would you rather murder their modern day counterparts?

If the answer is murder, then you may have something in common with this film. I don't think I could describe this any better than Bleeding Skull has:

"During colonial times, Lise is dragged through a town square. Some of the locals wear KISS…

  3. The Day the Earth Stood Still - 2008

This utterly trash remake (as are most) of one of the greatest Scifi movies of all time, is just a freaking platform for PC and Greens! A truly horrific movie that needs to be riffed until it bleeds!

  4. Wizards of the Lost Kingdom

Another adventure in a "lost world/kingdom/etc". Awesome cheesy fantasy movie with more side quests than an Elder Scrolls game. This one is begging to be riffed.

  5. The Ed Wynn Show

Very kitschy and fun, although it's mostly one big cigarette ad (complete with important T-zone information!)

  7. Little House on the Prairie: Gold Country

LHOTP goes for the gold in this special 95-minute episode. Thanks to a torrential downpour in Walnut Grove, the Ingalls and Edwards families go off to find gold. Like many LHOTP episodes, it doesn't go well.
    Why it should be riffed:
    1. The Italian gold prospector is every Italian stereotype come to life.
    2. Mr. Edwards (Victor French is in it) Alas, he doesn't sing "Old Man Tucker."
    3. Laura is responsible (unintentionally, of course) for grave digging/robbing. Not making this up.
    4. Ma has to deal with drunken prospectors, trying to teach in a tent, and being near gunfights…

  9. Audrey Rose

It's young.....ish Anthony Hopkins saying "Audrey Rose" A LOT in an exorcist ripoff!

Anthony's daughter dies in a car crash and is reincarnated as the daughter of an NYC couple. Follow him well stalking the family then convincing them that she's actually....sort of possessed.

  12. The Lost World of Sinbad

This is Toho's The Great Bandit or Samurai Pirate as AIP was going to call it before they settled on this title. Either way, it features Toshito Mifune as your classical kind hearted pirate who wanders into an oppressed kingdom and decides to help out. From there, we got wizard duels, big guys in vests, and nonstop, surprisingly well-choreographed action scenes. I just think this would be a great way to revisit all those old "He's not Sinbad!" jokes from "Magic Voyage..." except for Japan.

  13. Breakheart Pass (1975)

A western/murder mystery that doesn't quite pull either off successfully. Starring Chuck Bronson, Jill Ireland, and Richard Crenna, though Ben Johnson and Charles Durning are the best things in it. Beautiful scenery and a plot with holes so big you can drive the train through.

  14. Mrs. T. and her Cabbage Patch (BBC, 1941)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9xLQBUi6Ic

I think the official BFI YouTube description of it sells it better than I could:
Poetic tribute to Mrs Turner's vegetable growing prowess, plus the delights of "wartime steaks".

Also: Mrs. T. I pity the fool who wouldn't consider riffing this!

  15. Rifftrax, please riff "Terror Beneath the Sea"

It's as if a grade Z Japanese studio thought that the combination of "Mighty Jack", "The Horror of Party Beach", "The Green ", and "Creature from the Black Lagoon" all mixed together would make a great idea for a sci-fi flick. Add wooden actors, poor writing, absentee direction, slapdash makeup and "special" effects, along with off the rack creature costumes, and you have the riffalicious gem which is "Terror Beneath the Sea". Mad scientist (mostly angry, but who is still a little whacked) creates a utopia on the sea floor, while engineering his sea creature "cyborgs" from human participants into

  16. Santa Girl

This is one of the weirdest movies I have ever watched. Perfect for Riffing.

Here is my synopsis of the movie:

So Santa apparently does the whole giving away presents thing as a for-profit business. They are never clear about how they actually make money at this scheme (though it seems to have something to do with slavery).

Mrs Claus died a while ago, and it has made Santa a ruthless businessman. He has a daughter (the main character of the movie) who he is forcing into an arranged marriage to help grow his business empire. She understandably doesn't want…

  18. Any Hallmark Channel Christmas movie

My wife agrees that while she is watching her Hallmark Channel Christmas movies that I should be able to watch the same (unbearable) movie alongside her, but with some ear buds listening to the Rifftrax version of the movie. Sure, I could leave the room, but Rifftrax can keep my marriage (and all husbands of wives who enjoy Hallmark Channel Christmas movies) going strong!

  20. Children of the Bride

Margret Becker is about to marry John, a man many years her junior. Her four adult children arrive for the wedding, and Margret must cope with all of them. The 1st of a trilogy starring Rue McClanahan and Kristy McNichol.
