Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland
Gorgeous animation but iffy writing, a troubled production (to say the least), and starring Mickey Rooney as the voice of a fat clown!
Personally, I hold some sentimental value to this movie, but would love to hear what jokes the RT crew could come up with for it!10 votes -
Doctor Who (2005 onwards)
Any feature length or 2 part story of so-called New Who, featuring the Doctors played by Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant, Matt Smith or Peter Capaldi.
Or maybe Jodie Whittaker's first episode, 'The Woman Who Fell To Earth'. ;-)10 votes -

Wilding
Apparently an attempt to cash in on the "wilding" trend that gangs took part in in the early '90s. But it looks like any other '80s white, suburban kids gone wrong film. Long hair do-rag gang member's facial expressions are a highlight. The male gang leader looks like Linda Hunt. And Wings Hauser gets top billing, even though his scenes feel like they're taking place in another film.

Zone Out
The first film ever written by an AI, starring Thomas Middleditch, is a story about... Well I have no idea because it makes as much sense as a script would make sense when you try to make a 25th century SkyNet out of 21st century parts!
For two guys who played robots and one who got constantly ribbed by them, I can think of no greater honor to the first AI-made script than a ribbing by Mike, Bill, and Kevin. Besides, it can't be worse than a Wiseau script!
...right?

Wargames (1998)
sooo bad xD 90's CGI and so many facepalms
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0462602/
Wargames is a movie licensed Real Time strategy game comparable to the likes of Command & Conquer. The game is based on the 1980 movie of the same name, about a computer trying to take over the world

Under Wraps (Disney Channel, 1997)
Welcome to Disney Channel before Zac Efron. It wasn't much better. Three kids (all cliche) accidentally awaken a mummy in a dead guy's basement. Also depicts the mummy heading to the "potty." The first scene is the boys watching a movie, but the movie is a bit intense to be put in programming intended for little kids!

Mickey Mouse in Thru The Mirror
In a dream, Mickey Mouse goes through a mirror where everything comes to life and he shrinks to the size of an ant... or a little bit bigger than that.

"... so I took it!"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUIwF36NTCI
This public domain short from 1975, produced by Sid Davis for Motorola (whose logo takes on a seizure-inducing calling card), tells the story of a preteen girl who is taken by the allure of shoplifting by her best friend Glenda. Generic 1970s music that sounds like it's trying to imitate an Italian song, sub-par acting from child actors, and the most unidentifiable objects taken from the apparent local K-mart are among the noticeable elements in this Sid Davis short.
