  2. Christmas Break in

A home alone rip off. This movie stars a little girl who is always being forgotten by her parents because her parents are busy with business stuff. The girl gets left at school and some robbers break in while she’s there. The robbers goal is pretty unclear and there’s a janitor played by Danny Glover. The dialogue is cheesy and the acting is flat. This movie would be the perfect Christmas riff.

  3. Splice

When I saw this in the theaters, there was a wonderful moment about halfway through where you could sense the entire audience decide "ok, fine, this is hilariously bad." Silence turned to laughter. Strangers started turning to each other as if to say "are you seeing this?" It was great.

I mean, the genetic mutant monster's name is "Dren" because it's "Nerd" spelled backwards. And then Adrien Brody decides to have *** with it and his wife gets...annoyed? And there's a genetic creation that looks like a giant *****, and inexplicably it isn't played for laughs and nobody mentions it.

  5. Skate Warrior

Please check this story out, it looks like an excellent no-budget action flick that’s never been released so it could be easy to get the rights:

    https://prolost.com/blog/skatewarrior

Filmed in ‘92, “edited” from ‘97-‘99, and finally recovered and “mastered” this year. Seems like “Feeders”-style bad production. All the “actors” did their own “stunts”. Oh pretty please! This seems ripe for riffin’.

So long and thanks for all the riffs,
    Matt K

  8. The Daylight Zone (1986)

Christian propaganda film filled with obvious anachronisms. Of course, painful dialogue ensues.

  10. A Holiday Boyfriend

The entire movie is basically a shower conversation, where the writer came up with a series of 50something-single women-in-SoCal-problems and then came up with the best way to rhetorically own each conflict. Oh and one of the main character friends dresses up like Sailor Moon in public. Watch A Holiday Boyfriend with a box of tissues and a bottle of moscato.

  12. The Cascadia Treasure

    The Cascadia Treasure:
The family and I ran into this movie while looking for a good family movie. Well... it was good... BAD good. The kids and wife kept laughing at the bad cinematography, weak story, mistakes, and bad acting. This movie deserves a Rifftrax treatment!

  19. The Vampire and the Ballerina

This movie makes "Atom Age Vampire" seem coherent. First off, there are no ballerinas, just nightclub dancers who are almost as sensuous as Carolyn Brandt in "Incredibly Strange Creatures..." Thrill to piano solos that become full-horn jazz with no other instruments in sight. Award points to the viewers who can tell the completely-interchangeable dancers apart. It does offer a fascinating pair of co-dependent vampires and gross out (for 1960) melting vampire scene.

  20. G.I. Joe: The Movie (1987)

Before Channing Tatum and Snails we had the pinnacle of all military toy movies: G.I. Joe: The Movie (1987). Corey Feldman! Don Johnson! Sgt. Slaughter playing against type as Sgt. Slaughter! Inexplicably, Burgess Meredith!

Give some love to those of us who were glued to our sets in the '80s for the latest afterschool animated infomercial.
