  1. Buy it now button

    I have about 98% of the titles of the main Rifftrax titles and shorts, and I usually buy them as soon as they come out. It would be nice if there was a buy-it-now button next to Add To Cart, that would take me directly to the checkout page. It's a minor thing, but taken with the other suggestions I've made right now, I could buy a new rifftrax in mere seconds compared to the few minutes it takes me now ;)

    Otherwise, the site works really well, and I appreciate how hard everyone at Rifftrax works to provide us…

  2. Clicking a link in an email logs you in to your account

    I've seen other sites doing this more frequently recently: if I get an email, and I click on a link that takes me to a site, I am already logged in when I get there. It's a minor issue, but I always forget to log in, and it takes a few extra clicks to then log in and add the title to my cart. I feel so lazy stating this as a problem, but it would make impulse buying that much easier. ;)

  3. Login goes to My Library

    I think it would be more useful if logging in to the site took you to your My Library section instead of the Transaction History page. I don't know if I've ever used that page before.

    I don't know if there others like me, but I usually buy my riffs through my phone, then log in from a desktop computer to download them.

    It's only like two clicks extra, but it would be a nice change.

  4. "Balloon Land" Cartoon- Freaky Childhood Nightmare Fuel

    Please oh PLEASE release commentary on the short "Balloon Land" (1935) a 7-minute "children's" cartoon that is supposedly about balloons being killed by a serial killer pincushion but, as you will see, is mostly about pervy cartoonists seeing how many hundreds of penises they can fit into a cartoon. I dare you to watch it and not see what I mean.
    Also, this creepy little cartoon was briefly featured in "Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders" so you know that'll be a hit. It is so damn old that it must be public domain by now.

  5. When narrowing down the catalog - have an option of "hide already purchased files".

    In the catalog, have an option of showing the opposite of 'My Library': only those RiffTrax which have not been purchased. That way, anyone wishing to find things to buy (during a sale, for instance) won't have to look very carefully through 455 RiffTrax features and shorts to (hopefully) find the very few they may not have purchased yet.

  9. Make audio levels consistent for VOD

    Hey, as you may or may not know, I watch a lot of your VOD movies and I am constantly needed to change the volume level. I see this even on newer VODs. Is there a way to make the audio levels consistent for all VODs going forward?

  10. Smartphone app for creating RiffTrax

    I love to riff with my teenage sons. I write smartphone apps. I only see support for Windows and Mac in the RiffTrax Player. I like the idea of a RiffTrax Recorder that would run on iOS, Android and WinPhone. Multiple smartphone users could connect such that their audio streams would be merged, with the option to go on the left or right channel. Syncing would be automatically configured. Uploading to the RiffStore (cloud storage) would be automatic, but could be configured to be turned off.

  12. Re Scripted "Wow"s

    Love your work. However, as a cranky old fart I just wanted to point out that the scripted "Wow"s appear in every script these days. With all due respect, a scripted spontaneous reaction, especially in every flick, seems to be more of a distraction than funny. I LOVE when youse guyz are cracking up with each other, it makes the audience feel like they are there with you. So either sell your Wows with more vigor or omit it. Thanks for listening.

  15. Some riff product types are miscategorized

    This isn't a huge deal, but some riffs that are only on DVD show up in the catalog when filtering to only show the product type 'Download or Stream'. Would it be possible to change their category so they only show up under the 'DVD' filter? Many of these are shorts DVD collections or 'Mike only' riffs that have since been done as 'Three Riffer' editions. The ones I've noticed with this issue are listed as follows:

  16. When will iRiffs be fully restored?

    I was wondering if you have a time table on when iRiffs will be fully restored. It would be nice to be able to at least see the prices again if not the samples too. I'm also just finishing up a new riff and would love to be able to get it online.

  17. Quick download quality preview

    On the download page you offer a variety of quality / size options, which is fantastic, especially for someone like me in a low-bandwidth country. However it can be tricky to choose at times - some older B-Movies look bad even at the best resolutions because the source material is bad, while your Live events benefit from higher res downloads, as these have great quality.

    How about small-ish video download that shows a 10 - 15 second clip from the VOD repeated at all download resolutions, with the description of the quality level overlaid on the bottom (e.g Low Quality),…

  18. Quality Check your Customer Support

    I've been trying three-four days to watch a downloaded "SHARKNADO" No matter what file I downloaded, or which player I tried they ALL STOP at the point in the "Springs" short just after the "Hitler" joke. I know it THAT WELL. Erik Peterson, one of your engineers contacted me after a few days (long wait) and we talked. I explained it to him, he essentially said it must be a problem on my end and essentially "HUNG UP" on me by "closing the work ticket" and shutting down the email link.   19. Some kind of warning.

    so some friends and I, went to see Rifftrax Live: The Room.

    unfortunately there was no warning that there was onscreen nudity. now without warning, it was not something i expected my effeminate female friend to see, now of course it was just a butt, and some breasts.

    but here is the idea: perhaps some kind of warning or knowledge ahead of time that the movie contains that kind of material, before we wander into a theater expecting a funny movie, (the movie was hilarious) but not expecting softcore porn.
