Shoplifter (1975)
A short film made for the purpose of educating retail business owners and staff about shoplifting, shoplifters, and how to spot their myriad of techniques.
It depicts multiple women shoplifting items by holding them between their legs or stuffing them in their underwear.
The film also features a middle-aged man lurking in a grocery store air vent using binoculars with the supposed intent of theft prevention.

black zoo
This little gem is sooooo Rifftrax
Black Zoo is a 1963 American horror film directed by Robert Gordon and starring Michael Gough, Jeanne Cooper, Rod Lauren, Virginia Grey, Jerome Cowan, and Elisha Cook, Jr.
Michael Conrad is a private zookeeper who owns Conrad's Animal Kingdom. He leads a cult group who literally worship the animals he tends — especially the big cats: a lion, a lioness, a pair of cheetahs, a tiger, and a black panther; as well as a gorilla. Conrad plays organ music to the animals in his living room, and uses them to kill anyone who gets in his way. Conrad is married to Edna and forces his mute son Carl to assist him.

Omen III
I don’t know how Sam Neill was able to spew that hilariously godawful (pun fully intended) dialogue, but the least you could do is riff him for his efforts.

After Midnight (1989)
How did you miss this "classic" from 1989? After Midnight made me laugh so much it annoyed my wife! While the scenes are meant to be scary, their timing, setup or just premise made me laugh. For instance, it opens with a "Professor of Fear" teaching a class in school. He pulls out a revolver and single cartridge, loads the pistol, spins the cylinder and then puts it to the head of the class tough guy. He pulls the trigger, and nothing happens. He then puts it to his own head, pulls the trigger and sprays blood all over the wall. I found myself jumping up yelling "Class dismissed!". But it was all a trick he plays!
And then there's the story of the couple who get conveniently stranded next to an old house, and she goes one way to explore it and he goes another for some odd reason. He finds human skulls and when a door opens there's a guy with giant hedge clippers. The door closes and our hero arms himself with a saber and when the door opens a second time (just after the woman, dressed as the hedge clipper guy, tells her relatives "He'll probably kill me for scaring him like this for his party"), the guy decapitates her! Again, what she said, and the timing and general nonsensical nature made it funny as her head goes flying!
Think Scooby Do with decapitations and that pretty much captures the movie. So, so riff worthy and low hanging fruit. By the way, it has the CSI lady Marg Helgenberger in it.

Biohazard (1985)
A wacked out science fiction movie with Angelique Pettyjohn. A scientist is doing some type of transporter experiment with a psychic (Pettyjohn) while "Shatnering" most of his lines. There's the predictable accident and a deadly creature is transported to earth...where it is run over by an old couple after killing a few characters. Lots of odd bits, crazy dialog and Fred Olen Ray helming the whole mess. Riff gold IMHO

Devil Story
Of every shot on film and distributed to cinemas feature I have ever sat through, this mess was worse than Plan Nine, The Room, Zombie Lake or anything else I can think of. Mike Bracken recently reviewed it and his quips made me realize not only could Rifftrax save it, but make it a good live event. It's a 70s French made train wreck consisting of random ideas... an old witch, a gut stomping mummy, and a bad rubber masked mutant in a nazi uniform running about a cemetery, some nonsense about a toy boat representing a shipwreck atop a cliff having hidden treasure and a guy shooting at a (not very) phantom horse in day for night shot scenes that go on for what feels like twenty minutes. Is there a plot? Probably at some point but it was misplaced and nobody knows where it is now. Does anything in it make sense? 🤔 I don't believe so. It is begging to be riffed.

Shockwaves
This movie screams for riffing. It makes Birdemic look like an Oscar winner. With bad CGI effects and truly laughable deaths it’s one to watch. Oh did I forget the bad acting which was a direct result of bad direction. Besides whoever heard of Scottish Earthquakes. On Tubi check it out. A serious movie you’ll laugh your ass off at.

9 Miles Down
This is a work of genius; part adventure film, part david lynch visual novel, part insanely bland romance - and I really need you to explain what was happening because a small part of my brain doesn't work anymore.
