Moon Stalker
A slasher trying to copy all of them at once while describing the entire plot on the back of the DVD. There are at least two false starts for characters we'll be following for the majority of the movie, one group of which includes a family where they all have different accents. The killer has an iconic look for the first stretch, then changes to be "incognito" where literally no one recognizes him as the killer until he is actively killing them. Cannibal Collector (2010)
Miguel is a man who appreciates great food, food is his passion but to look at, not to eat. To stifle his need for nutrition he resorts to cannibalism. Where the victims come from is never explained, but they are stored in the freezer for freshness.
Miguel talks to himself constantly, often admitting to cannabilism in the middle of the store.
The movie comes with a stereotypical nosy mom, and a crazy neighbor who hunts aliens on one side, a redneck on the other.

American Remake Sailor Moon Pilot (1994)
This 10 minute failed pilot for an American remake of Sailor Moon, combines live action with animation with results that are both equally extremely cheesy and extremely cringeworthy. Thought to be lost to time has just recently resurfaced. If you can work out the rights, I think this could be a hilarious riff.

Black Dynamite (2009)
We absolutely need some riffs of this blaxploitation parody. It makes fun of itself already but you guys would make it 100x better!

The Boat (2019)
A totally goofy movie that's trying to be suspenseful and thrilling in an M. Night Shyamalan kind of way. In fact, if you come into the middle of the film, you'd swear it was a Shyamalan film.
It will make you nervous about bathrooms, so there's that.

The Sinister Urge
This Ed Wood film of a killer targeting porn stars due to his forbidden lust for them and the demonization of the porn industry would make for a good riffing. My issues with the MST3K version is that some of the jokes of the porn stars come across as transphobic. I also would imagine jokes to be made of internet fetish porn. Specifically the talk of "new stuff" for the existing audience would be ripe for these types of jokes. As well as joking about how porn is made now versus how it was portrayed in the film would be…

Goremet, Zombie Chef From Hell
An awful movie, which doesn't really contain zombies.
A secret society curses one of its members to live forever and be forced to eat humans to maintain his body... Then, thou... hun... Some time later, they're dedicated to stopping him because they don't think things through.
Features a Stellaaaaa, hilariously done carnage, and humans behaving like they were just dropped into a human body and told to be in this movie.
Also features Torgo's half brother hanging out with a staff.
