I want to throw my hat in the ring for a Chopping Mall riff.

For 80's horror, Chopping Mall is actually a decent movie. So can it actually be riffed, or should it even be riffed? What the hell me and my wife Riff just about everything. When we are watching a movie and decide it's stupid we put our Riffcaps and just start making fun of it. If anyone can Riff Chopping Mall it's our favorite band of Riffers, Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Crow T. Robot.

I love this movie.. One of the worst cross dressed movies ever made. It's as if Robocop gave birth to a litter of Johnny Fives that went psycho. And there's robots too.

Everything I've heard about Chopping Mall seems like an utter delight. It's Day of the Living Dead, but with killer security bots! The 1980s idea of Roombas with Sawblades chasing teens through an utterly 80s infested mall! The best!

I agree with everyone and i say this movie too shall be riffed. i'm a first party geek of sony playstation and nintendo and a third party connoisseur of capcom, square enix, konami and namco bandai and i do love rare. don't forget to vote for my ideas. there the 4 beanie babies videos all of which were released in 1998.

This NEEDS to happen. I'm kinda surprised Rifftrax hasn't done Chopping Mall yet. It's a bad B horror movie with gore and cheesy robots in a MALL!

"Ghosthouse," "Rock 'n Roll Nightmare" and then "Chopping Mall" would feel like some kind of unrelated but essential 80's trilogy.

It's on Amazon Prime right now and watched the trailer for this movie. This would be Rifftrax gold.

When I think of obscure 80s films that desperately, desperately deserve Final Justice from Bill, Mike and Kevin's hands of fate, Chopping Mall rises to the top.

Back in the early 2000s when I was in college, I'd go to Family Video or Movie Gallery in Springfield, MO and just rent terrible movies for 50 cents a pop... wretched horror films, scifi, etc. trainwrecks that were so bad they were good. We'd play Starcraft and Quake most nights (after homework and stuff) and on the nights when I was home alone OR I suckered a willing participant, we'd watch Rats, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation II, etc. etc.

I had a penchant for pain.

Chopping Mall rises to the top, though, RiffTrax team. Looking through the list, it is not a "popular" title like or recent... but it is in the top 20-30 on the list.

It has gore, it has a manical robot, it has regular bit players from other B movies, it has a nonsensical-but-nearly understandable plot... it has victims getting zapped, ran over and cut.... it has A MALL THAT HAS CHOPPING.

Bring it, guys... bring it. This movie deserves to shake hands with danger.
