After Last Season
The potential is jaw-dropping...

Setting Up a Room meets Birdemic, with 1985 Dire Straights video-level CGI dumped right in the middle of it. It's seriously the worst thing I've ever seen, but it's immune to having any kind of "camp" value; it's that bad.

How does one squander 5 million in a film that took a week to finish? Whateven.

Take the science of James Nguyen's "Replica", add the thudding earnestness of Sam Mraovich's "Ben and Arthur" and sub-"Tron" (in 2009!) computer graphics, chuck them in a lidless blender and try to make a semi-improvised sci-fi medical weepie out of the celluloid guacamole you find yourself scraping off the walls.
Be warned, chaps; you'll need your riff chops to be tip-top before you tackle this one, or it'll fall horribly flat. But the rewards for a good riffing are... ooh!

Seriously. Long stretches of time without dialogue, sets that clearly have sheets of printer paper taped up on the walls to make bedrooms look like offices, set pieces that would make a middle school drama department cringe, dialogue that makes no sense, quick cuts to images that have no context or informational value... either this is a cerebral art house piece on par with _Eraserhead_, or it's a ****** movie by people who somehow thought that they had a story worth telling.
