Basic Typing Methods
I found a video on YouTube called "Basic Typing Methods". It was produced by the Navy in 1943 as a brief lesson in basic typing (hence the title).

Here are my reasons: 1) I don't think the woman smiles. Ever. Even though she's won global awards for her typing, apparently. 2) Any short produced by the military in the 1940's could use a good riffing. 3) Nobody does a better job of riffing shorts than you guys.

That “Basic Typing Methods” video from 1943 is a fascinating time capsule, and you’re right—it's practically begging for a good riff! The serious tone, the no-nonsense typing champion, and the vintage military production style make it perfect material for some clever commentary. Shorts like these are great fun to revisit, especially with a modern twist or comedic overlay.
