The Mad Monster (1942)
Dr. Cameron has succeeded in his experiments with a serum which will turn a man into a wolf-like monster, and is ready to avenge himself on the men who caused his professional failure. He uses it on his gardener Petro and one after the other is killed by his creation. His daughter, Lenora, grows suspicious and confides with newspaper reporter Tom Gregory. Written by Les Adams
When you really sit down to think about it, all monsters seem like they're mad. Could they maybe make a movie about a happy monster someday, maybe one that is highly successful business monster that is also a philanthropist? (Just a thought.)

This was riffed on MST3K, but it was a very early episode - before Kevin Murphy was Tom Servo's voice. :)
P.S. Check the Wikipedia list of Mystery Science Theater 3000 Episodes. That way you don't post a movie already riffed! :) I must say you do have a funny way of describing these movies... "a successful business monster"... :)
