TV Guide in the 1970s described it; "A monster tree trunk threatens a group of scientists."
Really? Did they ever think of just moving to another location - say, 30 feet away from the monster tree trunk? Then the tree trunk moves, just about the way you would expect a tree trunk to move, millimeters at a time. Slugs on my back porch could outrun this thing.
Howlingly funny. I've loved it for 40 years.
